I got exactly what I ordered, and it was everything I expected. The folks that waited on me were polite and effective. Nowadays all of those qualities are hard to find in a fast food restaurant, so good job.

Long John Silver's offers classic seafood dishes that have remained consistent over the years. The restaurant might lack modern ambiance, but the cook prepares the food excellently. The service is amazing with great customer service from a very friendly and helpful manager and staff. The food is delicious and good with generous helpings, served fresh and hot. Despite the dated but clean appearance, the restaurant provides a nostalgic experience with wonderful customer service.
