They told me 20 minutes for chicken, then it was another 20 minutes. I was told to cancel the order. They tell DoorDash otherwise and I got penalized. Cut the tablet off if you’re not going to treat dashers, WHO ARE ALSO CUSTOMERS!, with respect. Absolute waste do time and compassion for other customer service workers.

Ordered through DoorDash and they didn’t give driver the drinks and manager said door dash drivers probably kept drink and drank it which door dash driver said never was gave any drinks but this is receipt I paid for 2 drinks now have to order again

Service was good but the food was horrible and over priced. Asked for honey bar b q wings and got ghost wings with barbecue sauce poured over top. Macaroni and cheese was scraped from the bottom of the burned pan old and nasty. French fries was cold and old like they been sitting for hours and the shrimp tackle box had 4 over fried shrimp taste like car tires! $30 waisted will never eat at this place again! So disappointed!!!!

3-14 in the evening, We decided to try out the new Popeyes chicken. Big mistake we pulled up at 8 p.m. left by 8:50 p.m. in the drive-thru. They were out of numerous items having the alter our order. Paid with credit card with no receipt given and asked to pull up. After 20 minutes went to go in to find out were our order was ( doors locked ) 30 minutes young gal comes out asking what our order was and had to recite it to her because we had no receipt. Then, in about 10-15 minutes, she comes out with our order. Will never return!!!! To the owner .... you need to audit your staff.

The past 3-4 times I have came here have been a terrible experience. They always say no card at the drive through and make you come in. So the next time I did a mobile order & paid online… they still made me come in after waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes on my 1 hr lunch break & then had to come inside and wait for another 15-20 min. Oh & not to mention when I ordered online I picked up my food and they didn’t tell me they didn’t have spicy tenders until they handed me the box with my food with mild tenders.. this place is absolute garbage & way too overpriced for the service you receive. Place either needs nee management or to be shut down.

Half my order was wrong, they didn't even bother telling me that they were out of one of the things I ordered until they were giving me the food and initially they were giving me a 3 piece instead of the 5 piece I ordered. The inside was closed before 830 even though they don't close until 10. I'm done with Popeyes I love the food but this hastle isn't worth it, they're always screwing something up. Popeyes do better please.
