The customer service here is great. Every person I've encountered has great customer service skills and should be training others around. The food is pretty good although I feel it is lacking. It is not the fault of the workers though as I believe the food quality has gone down since covid.

I stopped for a meal and the restaurant outside was clean, the workers were friendly and the food was great. The fried apple pies were hot and delicious No O do not work for Hardees. Thanks for a great meal Team.

Placed a mobile order and went through the drive thru. Only ordered a sandwich and a large Dr Pepper. Got the wrong drink at first and had to switch it out then had to pull up to wait for my sandwich. What I got was mostly bun and barely any meat or cheese. So I had to wait for a very disappointing sandwich???
