Ordered a sub online on New Year's Eve and when I got there, there was only one guy inside. My order was prepared accurately and quickly, even on new years eve! Kudos to that guy for holding down the fort.

Jimmy John’s is pretty good. Mostly like them because they are usually quick with the order/delivery. Today we ordered for delivery and it took over an hour to get here. (Annoyed but tried to be understanding) We told the guy on the phone we would be paying in cash. After he FINALLY got here our order was close to $45 so we gave him a 50 and some ones for a tip. He refuses the money saying he can’t take 50s and took the food back instead. We won’t be eating here again but posted this review to warn you. If you’re paying in cash don’t try to pay in anything above 20s. (Would have been nice to have been told that when we freaking ordered)

The people were so helpful since I don’t normally eat here, but the sandwich I ordered (8”) was mostly bread, the pickle wasn’t great either ?. I was disappointed since the service and atmosphere were excellent.

The food is great, fresh baked bread and after 4 hrs they consider it day old so you know its always fresh, and they are gonna keep two of the best summer wraps permanently they even have lettuce wraps if you don't want a lot of carbs and if you have food allergies they take that very seriously to ensure that there is no cross contamination to your sandwich.Vegetarian options: They have a veggie sandwich that is vegetables and cheese very good.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs for small kids and they have sandwiches that kids like called slims that have no condiments or veggies and they can cut it in half or thirds to make it easier for kids to eatWheelchair accessibility: There is a dip in the sidewalk that make it easier for a wheelchair to get in

Food is always good whether ordering pickup or delivery. I ordered to pickup at I:30 pm and the order was ready. I would've given 5 starts if it wasn't for the rude guy at the drive-thru.

The food always tastes fresh and the orders are always quickly prepared. I go here weekly and the food is always great. If I could improve one thing it would be the rewards program. I sometimes don't get rewards credit if I order in store using my phone number.
