When Wholy Smoke first opened up, I frequented the building very often. It became a household conversation. The people know me & knew what I wanted. Fast Forward 555 days, I’ve joined the Wholy Smoke Family. It’s the same family environment 2.0. Since this place opened it has been my go-to place for BBQ. Like many southerners, I consider myself a bit of a BBQ connoisseur and what these folks do with pork is simply magical.
I am anxiously awaiting their reopening and hope the wait ends soon.
Just had them cater lunch for 18 - was awesome! from BBQ pork, brisket, baked bean and the BEST mac n cheese you will ever taste. But the toppers were the sweet potato crumble and peach cobbler- OMG amazing!!! everyone said it was best BBQ they ever had. all home made plus home made BBQ sauces. Locally-owned - James is great!
