I ordered a blueberry waffle cooked light, not burnt. Cheese grits are supposed to have cheese, that's what i paid for a there wasn't any. I so happy I decided to bring cash so that I wouldn't have to tip because I had a feeling that my order would be wrong. The next time I'll drive the extra miles to the waffle house that I Normally drive to, on West Georgia Rd.

There were ants on the sugar container at the table. I handed it to the server and told her and she just took it to a different table. She was at the end of her shift and mad she got sat with us.

Went to THIS location on Sunday for breakfast and Lou Lou was amazing!!Food > my grits, 2 eggs over well and toast were perfect and I saw the waffle station - the gentleman on it was cranking them out like nobody's business and with a military precision. It was mesmerizing to watch him work.HEALTHIER TIP>Order your hash browns STEAMEDService> Lou Lou was detail oriented, kind, fun and so thoughtful. She took such great care of every need and went above and beyond every offering a drink to go. She was even festively dressed in St Patrick's Day attire *smiles*Location> Great location in Mauldin near Simpsonville and Greenville but easily accessible to 385 via a quick trip and turn by Mauldin High or 85 of you go down Mauldin Road.As we went to comment on the great experience to the manager RoRo another patron commented that he comes from downtown Greenville every week so we agreed it's worth the drive!Price > Standard pricing for the WH experience and the food comes out hot and fast and tastes the same every time, so you know you'll always be happyParking> lots of parkingAccess> easy access

We walked in the restaurant about 5:45 am with my husband after work. The two employees were sitting in the corner and didn’t even acknowledge our presence. We went to sit down when we seen a roach on the table on top of the menu. Needless to say, we will not be eating there anymore.

The food was good. The services were so awful and unprofessional. The lady we had earlier this morning was so unprofessional. On January the 1st 2k24. They were about to get busy, so we caught it before the New Year crowd came rushing in. Waited about five to 10 minutes before the waitresses came over to take our order. We ordered the all-star breakfast. I ordered an oj with my meal and never received the oj or my waffle at all. When I asked the waitresses about my ordered she caught a nasty attitude with me. She totally forgot about us and some more tables. We only got one cup of water she never came back to make sure everything was okay. I did receive my waffle, but she had someone else to bring us our check to pay it was time to go. Maybe she was exhausted, but there was still no reason for her to go back and make waffles and try to serve tables.

Although the food was good and the young man who served me was great ( His name was KJ), the atmosphere was horrific!!! One of the staff( I think her name was Ms. Vette or perhaps Yvette) was extremely rude, obnoxious and totally unprofessional!! She apparently disagreed with KJ concerning whose dishes belonged to who. She literally shouted at him, told him to shut up and then called him a boy!!! I couldn’t believe it!! Talking about creating a hostile environment!! When I visit a place for a meal I like to be in a positive environment! She’s gonna do that to the wrong person one day!! Corporate needs to reprimand or remove her. I won’t be back! She’s gonna cause them to loose business. No one deserves to be mistreated and disrespected like that
