I don’t usually write reviews on places as I keep my opinions personal but sure does this deserve one today. we went to dunkin foxbank today and lobby was packed drivethrough wrapped around and girl with double dye hair was awesome and attentive to all guests speedy and polite she took great care of us while others just kept looking at us we never have a good experience at this dunkin and most of the employees are very rude but she was so kind even through that busy day...read full review
You have to use the kiosk if you are using a card to order but if you are using cash, then you have to wait until an employee helps you at the register. The employees seemed to ignore us standing there at the register and focused only on the drive thru orders. When they finally assisted us they were not very pleasant.
My husband was in a hurry to buy 3 dozen donuts for one of his customers and the employees weren’t in any type of hurry at all.
