I recently ordered dinner for delivery using a third party. Dinner showed up without one of the entrees. I called the restaurant and without my asking, the staff put the manager on the phone. He immediately offered me two acceptable alternatives as resolution. His attitude was warm and welcoming. Wonderful customer service, great price for the portions, and the food was fantastic. I can guarantee we will eat here again.
My mom and I wanted a quick lunch in Moncks Corner one Saturday, and El Maguey was a great choice. I didn't expect a restaurant in Moncks Corner to have such a beautiful interior and bar area, complete with gorgeous lighting fixtures, murals on the wall, and lots of TVs showing the day's football games.
