This is the WORST ran McDonald’s EVER!!! Fire everybody in management IMMEDIATELY!!!! The wait times are ridiculous. I just waited 35 minutes for my order that was wrong!!!! This isn’t even the first time. Poorly ran and poorly operated from top to bottom.
Waited over 20 minutes to get two kids meals and a four piece nugget, kids meals came with two apple slice bags in each one and no fries, they forgot a drink, and a worker came and asked what my daughter had multiple times after she repeatedly told the woman she was with me, and told my daughter she didn’t want to do a refund/ didn’t feel like it.
The wait time is ridiculous. If you want 4 nuggets expect a 10 to 20 min wait.

McDonald's is a fast-food restaurant with inconsistent service. While some customers have reported positive experiences with hot and fresh food, as well as polite and friendly staff, others have encountered issues with long wait times and poor customer service. Some staff members have been described as unfriendly, unhelpful, and even nasty, which can detract from the overall dining experience. Despite this, the restaurant remains a popular choice for those seeking quick and affordable meals, such as cheeseburgers.
