Took about 20 minutes to make my sub when it wasn't busy, and they cut the center of the top but not the bottom of my sub, which made a mess. The food was good, though.

The service here is always really good. The food is also made with pride and is quickly prepared. My only concern is the price. Today's sandwich meal was $19.01. Just seems too high for lunch but than again it's the new normal.

Honestly it wasn't great. My sandwich was missing things, as was my husband's, it was whatever, we went ahead and ate them as we waited 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches and had a cranky 4 month old. While eating, they got several other orders wrong, gave people the wrong orders, and 2 employees even chased a guy to his car because they realized they gave him the wrong order, and the employees were all just goofing around, not hardly working. To say the least, we wont be back to the moncks corner location, if we want firehouse bad enough, we will go to summerville.

I normally love the New York Steamer but tonight's order was awful. It was half fat and grissly. Somebody needs to do better quality control with their meat. I paid almost $40 for two subs via Uber Eats and it took almost 2 hours to get the delivery. Not Firehouse subs fault but the quality of the meat was all them.

January 20th, 2024. Ordered online at 12:40pm for order to be ready at 1:25pm. At 1:55pm they started the order after I asked about the status. Finally received my order at 2:05pm. Drink prep area in disarray. No ice. Fountain drink machine not functioning properly. Entire restaurant clouded in smoke. Seven other patrons waiting for over 30 minutes, one man close to an hour. This place needs a responsible adult. This might be petty, but no one said "Welcome to Firehouse". Not the quality of service I have come to expect from one of my favorite sandwich places. I am confident that a good leader can address the quality of service issues.
17 dollar sandwitch.... Ordered a steamer with double meat PLAIN. get back to work and it had extra mayo on it. went back they remade the sandwitch but didnt get double meat. paid 16 dollars for a 9 dollar sandwitch and the same employee couldnt make the sandwitch right 2xs in a row (donated the dollar to make it 17 bucks)

Waited 30 minutes for a salad and if you're going to take that long to fix my food, you should at least get it right? I ordered the grilled chicken salad with salami and even though it took them that long to make it, they still got the order wrong. It had no salami, no bacon which I added for a dollar and no jalapenos Plus I also ask for extra cheese and paid extra for that too and that was nowhere to be found. You can literally count the cheese on the salad.

Waited forever for my sub. One person making 10 subs while the other workers stood around and talked to each other. Some even standing outside talking to people in their car. McDonalds would have been faster and they're slow as hell !
