My son stopped by after work. His Italian sub didn't have the seasonings on it. My Hook & Ladder had pepperoni & oil & vinegar added ( shouldn't have) so much my sandwich fell apart & was soggy. Young man making sandwiches dropped half of someone's sandwich on floor trying to wrap & put in container. Other workers made comments like he had done before. Worst sandwich ever. Not worth $16 a piece. Most likely last time we go back. I did love the Hook & Ladder.

Waited forever for my sub. One person making 10 subs while the other workers stood around and talked to each other. Some even standing outside talking to people in their car. McDonalds would have been faster and they're slow as hell !
