Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds on the planet. You are better off going to a restaurant and sitting down to order for how long the drive thru takes. Sat in the pick up space for over 20 min. Wasn’t even that busy. Amazing that chic fil a can get 100000 people through at lunch but this place can’t get 10 people through

For this McDonald’s to be new it absolutely sucks. The customer service is horrible. The wait time is long. They pay more attention to the drive thru than they do the lobby. Today is my second time here. First time I missing half my order. Glad Wendy’s is near by.

Every time we go to this place, we end up waiting for 30-45 minutes. The McChicken made me throw up. I don't normally eat from here. My daughter does. The one time I say I will grab something from here, I get sick.

First time there, i go through the drive thru. They tell me to drive to one of the numbered parking spots to wait for my food..... FOR 30 MINS. They lost my order. This time i go there and they forgot one of my sandwiches and they put RAW bacon on my B.E.C. biscuit. At this point i dont know if its their inability to read or inability to count but i expect more out of a new store.

I go to McDonald’s for my kids very frequently. I even went earlier . I used my app and a code. Went to the 1st window to make sure my app went through. Waited for at least a min but the cashier was too busy throwing her hands up and texting people on her cell phone so I assumed my card went through. I proceeded to the next window where I was given food which was not mine . I told the guy it was not however he could not understand as he seemed to not understand much English . Then the cashier comes and says you don have your food because you didn’t pay . So I tell her she didn’t even acknowledge me at the window as she was too busy with her own cell phone texting . She was so unprofessional and rude . She absolutely needs to be fired . She needs a job working on her cellphone not giving customer service obviously. I asked for a manager to discuss but of course they were clueless . I just left. Usually the other employees are nice but this particular girl I have had a problem with twice . She needs to be gone
Terrible service, I waited 30 minutes to be acknowledged to purchase something. I received my food cold.The manager did not even have the desire to check me out There was no body wearing hats. I am a life long resident of Moncks Corner and definitely no matter how much money u put in the place your staff is going have u loose out.

They need more competent people working there, ones that know how to keep up with the orders in the drive thru, ones that DON'T TELL THE CUSTOMER TO "FIX THEIR OWN DRINK"...also $38 is NOT worth the trouble of ever going there again!?? NEVER!!!!!
