At this McDonald's the attention is always disgusting, they never give you what you ask for and they always take a long time to take out the orders.

This isn't the first time this McDonald's has done this more like the 5th but it be the last time I come here. They take up to 20min or more most of the time for simple food. I always order light onion cheese burger and my girl gets extra but somehow everytime they give me no onion and give her barely 3 small bits. I can understand once or whatever but its ridiculous they are super lazy workers ive worked fast food my order isnt complex. If you say anything to them they get all offended about it. bread is usually tough save ur money and go to sonic down the road its way better and never mess up anything.

Unfortunately, due to the amount of time it was taking to get my food delivered, I had to leave with no food despite paying for it. I was originally told to park and it’d be 5 minutes. After 15 minutes I went inside to get an update, no update and I had to leave to be to work on time.
Edit: Manager called me and offered to replace. Thank you

Food was cold. The customer service was terrible. I was trying to use the app but am not experienced with ordering and using rewards. The “ manager said she did not know how.. my Oder came but the reward was not included (free fries). I asked. For th fries and I was told I needed to order something. I showed her the bag of food that cost about $10 I was Told I had to order something else.

How do i place a mobile order ahead of time do drive thru and still have to wait.
Quite possibly the slowest McDonalds on the planet. You are better off going to a restaurant and sitting down to order for how long the drive thru takes. Sat in the pick up space for over 20 min. Wasn’t even that busy. Amazing that chic fil a can get 100000 people through at lunch but this place can’t get 10 people through

For this McDonald’s to be new it absolutely sucks. The customer service is horrible. The wait time is long. They pay more attention to the drive thru than they do the lobby. Today is my second time here. First time I missing half my order. Glad Wendy’s is near by.
