Tonight my family and I decided to stop by waffle house before our hour drive home. Everything is going well at first, our server Lexie was THE BOMB. Unfortunately we were disturbed by the actions of the other employees and one customer. The customer was making derogatory remarks to our server, and when she asked for help the other server would not assist. The man ended up following her when she tried to step away. It was almost as if the girl was getting bullied. We tried our best to keep her night going well, but we could see her light dim. Waffle house has been known to be a family environment, tonight was not that at all. I cannot believe their staff is so unwilling to help each other, and will allow customers with such a disgusting demeanor to stick around. This was a very unpleasant and uncomfortable experience.

Either the waffle too dark and hard or no syrup or silverware. You can’t call to make sure the order is correct.

Food is bomb. My only complaint is we placed an online order and they allowed another customer to steal our order. So we had to wait to have our entire meal re made. I understand they can’t control stealing but it was a pack Sunday morning…a lot of witnesses lol. I feel like something should have been said.

Amanda is always nice. Victoria is the opposite today. As I walked in she asked if I wanted take out . I replied yes. She then proceeded to calling out her other orders. She looked at me periodically but no further acknowledgement. Amanda walked by and asked if I had already placed my order. I stated all I wanted was a waffle. Victoria then proceeded to put in my order. All of her poor customer service could have been avoided had she just let me tell her what I wanted....very poor customer service Victoria!

Typical Waffle House fare. You go to waffle House you know what to expect so nothing extraordinary here. However this review is not about the food, but about the manager on duty this morning. Normally I try to ignore race in a situation but this was just so blatantly obvious. Black male manager on duty yelling at the only black female working the shift. But so kind and gentle with the white females working the shift. Even praising and joking with them. Chances of me finding myself in the vicinity of this waffle House again are slim, but if I do I will pass it up for the next one on the road.
Was not greeted I'm guessing because of color neither was a guy who walked in same race as me and to top it off handed my money in her hands getting my change was place on the counter also ask for grape jelly and it was place on counter as my hand is reached out bad business for my first experience here never had no other locations do none of this... Oh and my food was disgusting never ever again

I brought my mama to this waffle house. Cause we're new down South for the first time and she loves it. And here we are... 5 stars All the way across-the-board aeasing attitude. Customer service is awesome and the cook. He rocks it.

The food was great till I gotten an unexpected extra ingredient. Please make all and both male, female hair pulled back in a hair tie or place a hairnets on head. Overall love me some Waffle Houses!
