Went to get a Greek Gyro but instead I was given some roast beef thing with cheese on it, the sandwich was a sopping mess and stuck to the paper, so the bread tore all apart. To have ordered one meal and get that wrong. I was upset to get back to work with the wrong order. When I ordered the guy was short and dismissive and I wasn’t even sure he was listening. Once I got up to the window he sat there with his window open not acknowledging I was even there. I held my hand out with the moneythere for a hot minute while it’s raining out. He then tells me to pull up to the yellow stop as he called it and there was no one behind me. He comes out and again says nothing just tosses food at me. I say thank you and nothing. Didn’t even give me a receipt . He had it in his hand and crumpled it up.

Everything was fine except the lady behind the counter seemed to have an attitude with the lady before me, so when she got to me she wasn't in her best mood. So i was treated with silence.

The gentleman working the ordering speaker and window was so pleasant. He actually made my day better. I had my favorite Chicken Bacon & Swiss which is always good. I highly recommend coming here.

Unacceptable service and food. Both items ordered were wrong. Drive thru employee appeared to be under the influence of drugs. Manager of this facility is failing his employees and him/herself. Will be seeking refund and explanation

What made me want to get on here and give a great review is a employee name Kareem I believe it was he was extremely nice, patient and just have a great attitude I just got off the road from the keys and still got 2 hours hungry and he put a smile on my face haven’t even gotten the food yet waiting for fresh fries but I had to give a great comment about this employee

This poor older guy was trying so hard. Spent 20 mins inside just trying to watch him get stuff together. I'd lobe for him to win the lottery or something just to not have to work anymore. All the food was horrible cold and wrong. But I absolutely loved him for trying. Only 2 workers so it is what it is. Much love to that guy for trying ❤️

Foods not been in any way poorly tasting they have messed my order up badly a couple times but it's been right a lot more (probably) 4-1 than it's been wrong. Foods taste or preparation has been even close to an issue. WHEN THEY 4-1 GET THE ORDER CORRECT. When it's wrong though it's not even kinda close to what I wanted. I eat it usually either way but don't try to leave any margin for someone to mess it up neither

Really, ZERO stars for all. This review is for the Bowman Rd location in Mt Pleasant SC at 7:05 PM on May 23, 2025.
I was the only car at drive-thru. Corrected order 2 times with person on speaker. At pick-up I was asked about the order and repeated it again.
I ordered a Greek gyro, pulled pork sandwich and large fries. When I got home in about 5 minutes, everything was cold. Worse was the gyro was replaced by a very, very salty ham mystery sandwich. The pulled pork was gray and not appetizing. The 2 pickles were gross tasting. I spit it out and my husband (a real pickle lover) tasted the other and spit it out. What on earth did they do to the pickles??
Not even Bessinger's bbq sauce could help the pulled pork ??meat!
We put the cold fries in our air fryer. At least we had the fries to eat.
Both sandwiches went in the garbage.
So much for our almost $18 dinner.
Question is who owns this franchise location? I read the reviews before writing this one. Why the owner doesn't care about losing local customers is also a mystery!

All i had was a slider and fries and baby….DISGUSTING. My spouse had 3sliders….AND NOTHING was fresh but they was ALL FRIENDLY. Just wasnt making no fresh food for the customers. Im definitely wanting my money back or a FRESHLY NEW MEAL.

Sticky floors & tables. Food tasted off & drinks. Noticed soda nozzles weren't cleaned or ketchup stand after we ate. Made our stomach upset for 12 hours after eating. Couldn't eat anything next evening (almost 24 hours after eating here). Staff wasn't friendly, 2 were on phones, another kept walking outside alot. Like no one cared. I love Arby's but this one really suck & are stomachs still queasy after 2 days.
