Service was horrible, 2 workers decided to curse me because I asked questions, manager was clueless about any information asked, the 3 workers were very unprofessional and lack customer service.
Manager lied about knowing phone number to store, or who store manger was and how to contact, didnt even have information about who the district manger was and how to contact.

Worst service anyone could ever recieve and most horrible experience you could ever recieve

Visited this location on 10/15/2025. There was one extremely rude old lady working alone. Yes, taking orders and preparing them. I repeated my order multiple times to ensure that I got what I asked for after being cut off multiple times and still got cold food and not getting one condiment that I asked for. I had to come back to the restaurant to asked for fresh food only to have the old lady throw the bag of food back out the window at me and give me insults while refusing to refund me or make my food fresh. When asked for a manager or customer service contact, I was ignored. Hopefully this review will get the owners attention..HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!

They need help serving customers especially at lunch time. Those people on their lunch break had to wait 10, 15, even 20 minutes to get their order.

I typically like the food at Arby’s. I druve thru 2 or 3 times a month for lunch in spite of having to navigate the many huge potholes in the parking lot on the way to the drive thru lane. (Really should fix this. They are enormous) Today I I decided to grab a late lunch around 315 since there were no cars in line and only one at the window.. I waited at the menu sign repeating “hello is anyone there?” After about a minute I said “well I guess nobody is there”and drove to the window and looked in. I could not see anyone but there were some cars in the parking lot so I assume someone was in there doing something. Just drove away hungry. Typically the service is ok-not great but ok. Today it was non-existent. lol

Went to get a Greek Gyro but instead I was given some roast beef thing with cheese on it, the sandwich was a sopping mess and stuck to the paper, so the bread tore all apart. To have ordered one meal and get that wrong. I was upset to get back to work with the wrong order. When I ordered the guy was short and dismissive and I wasn’t even sure he was listening. Once I got up to the window he sat there with his window open not acknowledging I was even there. I held my hand out with the moneythere for a hot minute while it’s raining out. He then tells me to pull up to the yellow stop as he called it and there was no one behind me. He comes out and again says nothing just tosses food at me. I say thank you and nothing. Didn’t even give me a receipt . He had it in his hand and crumpled it up.

The gentleman working the ordering speaker and window was so pleasant. He actually made my day better. I had my favorite Chicken Bacon & Swiss which is always good. I highly recommend coming here.
