22 minutes for one fish sandwich that I walked in and ordered... Watched 3 orders get prepped including one that was ordered after mine...Andre informed me that he is the manager... Andre could not take the time to type in my entire name, but could take 22 minutes to prep one (1) sandwich. How was the food? I don't know. I got my money back because I could not see how they were preparing it after I expressed my concern regarding my 22 minute wait. Everyone has an off day, I get it but no attempt was made to correct the problem. Poor Management.

Absolutely terrible customer service I waited at the front counter for 15 minutes without one employee even acknowledging that I was even waiting to order, I will never go back to this dumpster fire of a restaurant. Your employees and managers are jokes, they should all be fired.

If I could give this place, zero stars, I would the gay boy that was on the drive thru register was so rude we didn’t even get our food. The customer service was the worst I’ve ever Experienced.

Little older gentlemen and lady that were working tonight were some of the friendliest people I've encountered in customer service. They set the bar for service and even fine dining establishments should take note. Give these two a raise!
