The food here was amazing but the service can certainly be improved! I was seated at the bar so close to the kitchen that was hearing every clink of the dishes. I enjoyed my meal but not the atmosphere.

Food was excellent. Good drink menu. Service was spot on (thanks to Sam our server!). Big portions, ready for leftovers tomorrow. Back deck was not open but looking forward to dining outside. Definitely will return!

I ordered the food through door dash and was disappointed. The noodles were all stuck together, the dish was super sour, and they also didn’t respect that I asked for Thai hot. They charge a dollar more for shrimp and only give 5 shrimps. I ordered that shrimp pad Thai. I suggest finding another place to order from and not using this place.

Their food is amazing and always has been. The manager or whatever she is and the girls at the hostess stand, not so much. Maybe don’t treat every pick up order like they are second class or an uber eats driver. Your treatment of your customers matters outside of those dining in.

Went up to the bar because dining area was busy. I appreciate the hostess for letting us know that. But we order the different types of duck and dumplings. It was good just wish they didn’t drench it in sauce because it made the skin saggy.

I had a fantastic experience at Basil! The menu was a delight, with standout dishes like the duck dish, som tam, red curry, fish with fermented soya, and some incredibly tasty chicken wings—each packed with authentic Thai flavors. The decoration is truly impressive, adding a special touch to the meal, and the intimate atmosphere made it feel cozy and welcoming. They also offer a private room, which is perfect for special occasions, and the tables outside on both floors are a romantic highlight—ideal for a date night. On top of that, the service was fast, friendly, and attentive. Highly recommend this spot for anyone craving great Thai food in a memorable setting!

Be aware of what your take out order consists of, I’ve been handed the wrong order more than once, double check the contents, and make sure it’s correct.

The food was really top.
The drinks seemed relatively expensive. That's why we only drank water.
Unfortunately, the furniture outside is no longer beautiful and is weathered.
And the staff seemed relatively distant to us. We often missed a really genuine smile from the manager.
