This location has always been run by imature High School kids, today they felt like closing for Halloween. Grow up. Bad business and very irresponsible. Life doesn't work that way, be responsible. Google says 10pm, closed at 7:30pm.

The ice cream was terrific, I suggest you try the Jamoca Almond Fudge it's delicious. Service was good and the staff was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely be back again.

Ice cream was actually pretty good! Small shop and service isn’t always the greatest and not the cleanest but they do have a drive-through and plenty of parking.

It was the smallest small milk shake for $7.82 plus tip I have ever seen. Go buy a half gallon of Breyers and some milk and make a dozen. It was mostly milk.

Very unhappy and unpleasant young lady working this Sunday night. She did not say “hi, what can I get you?” or anything…. She just death stared me through my very soul. I said “hi”. Nothing. She continued to death stare me. So I said “how are you?” To my astonishment she actually answered and said “good, how are you?” My goodness, she was “good”. Certainly could have fooled me. My dad and I both wanted large milkshakes but was told they were running out of ice cream and could only do smalls. Not much of a big deal. Whatever. It’s just a milkshake. We got the smalls. I got a cherries jubilee and it tasted watered down to the core. I remember going to this place… this very same location in the 90s and it was bomb. Now not so much. My dad thanked this unhappy young woman for our drinks and she said nothing. No “you’re welcome”. “Have a good day”. Nothing. I don’t care so much about the watered down milkshake as much for this young woman’s rotten attitude. I will not be returning.

My favorite spot to buy ice cream! Many different yummy flavors! Some flavors are seasonal or a limited edition. Hopefully, they will bring back the blackberry hibiscus flavor, which is definite must try!

There's something truly special about the Baskin Robbins on Coleman Boulevard that sets it apart from any other ice cream shop. The cheerful atmosphere, delightful selection of flavors, and impeccably clean surroundings make every visit a joy.But the star of the show has to be their exceptional customer service, and for that, I have to give a shout-out to Kade. His knowledge of the menu and willingness to let customers sample flavors transformed my visit into a delightful adventure in ice cream tasting. He was not only accommodating but also brought a level of energy and enthusiasm that made the experience genuinely memorable.Kade, along with the rest of the staff, evidently takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and customer-friendly environment. It's clear that they all understand the value of superb service coupled with delicious ice cream.Overall, Baskin Robbins on Coleman Boulevard is a delightful destination for ice cream lovers, and Kade's exceptional service elevates it to an even higher level. I can't recommend this place enough!

Pablo Center employee at the Baskin-Robbins in Mount Pleasant South Carolina I was told by Jason the first day that I did a thousand times better than any employee had ever done in my training on the second day Kylie the manager said what a great job I was doing on the third morning the owner came in and fired me and gave me no reason it was also payday so instead of them directly depositing my money into my account they decided on their own not to use the information that I gave them and to send me a check through the mail it has been almost a month I have been calling them constantly and they owe me $193 and something cents and they owe me $36 for an overdraft fee because I'm having to survive by overdrafting my account and borrowing from others I would not recommend the store to anyone the owners don't deserve your business they are mean they are cruel and they are misinformed this experience has hurt me mentally it has hurt me emotionally and much more financially if you want ice cream go somewhere else besides Baskin-Robbins in Mount Pleasant
