The pizza... about the only nice thing to be said about it: it was hot. The entire staff glared at us balefully the entire time, as if we were disrupting something important. Something was leaking on our heads. Yelpers, would you care for a tip? Just don't bother.

We enjoy getting Benny's after work on Saturday nights. Sometimes a couple of slices, sometimes a whole pie. I like they get new kinds of toppings every so often. The new greek is good! The banana peppers really set it off. The staff is laid back and friendly.
The staff there are awesome! Very welcoming and respectful! Two young women were working yesterday. The atmosphere was interesting and had some interesting mural painted on the wall inside. Pizza shop isn’t too big but a decent amount of seating. The food was okay. I had a sausage pizza slice and the group that I was with all ordered one of everything else. Overall I’d give them 3 stars mostly for customer service but i probably wouldn’t choose to go here if I crave pizza again.

I really wanted to love Bennys since there has been a lot of hype about it, but after 2 visits I will not return. The girl working is so unpleasant and barely spoke, and the pizza slices tasted like they’ve been sitting for 12 hours and then reheated. The pizza was so hard it hurt to take a bite!

My girlfriend and I tried this place for the first time a few months ago and fell in love with it! We aren't charleston locals, but since trying it we make a point to grab some pizza from here everytime we are in town! The slices are huge and a steal of a price! Customer service is awesome and very quick as well! I would highly recommend it to anyone!

I had this a couple of years ago and it was decent. This time it was subpar. The cheese they use is not good. The pizza is bland. I had to cover with every condiment that they had to make it somewhat edible. Waste of money and calories. Not even close to NY pizza. I would say most chain pizza places are better and I don't even like those. It was also very dry and just way off.
