I've waited a couple of times for this business to be open at the stated time and also beyond. Both times it was not open even 15 minutes after stated hours. It looks like it is someone office space as well as a smoothie spot. The service is odd and I don't need comments about my appearance or small talk while I wait for my smoothie. Makes me very uncomfortable. I had a gift code to use for a smoothie and I placed an order ahead of time. The business was not open at the time I needed to pick up my smoothie to go to work. I will not be supporting this establishment anymore.

I walked in the other day not realizing the hours and that they had closed shortly before. Instead of saying “Sorry we’re closed” the OWNER asked what I wanted, mentioned that particular smoothie is $1.00 up charge and walked to the blender. He then blurted “It’s 2.00 more if you can’t stay off your phone” I needed to answer a work email and replied “Sorry I have to respond to a customer ” he immediately came around the counter and said “I gotta go, I’m late…We’re closed” and walked out the front door without making the drink. HUH?! Why ask what I wanted and mention the price difference if you weren’t going to blend the smoothie?!!? This is the second odd experience (the last was him speaking in 3 random accents) at this establishment… never again!!!

Not a good experience the last two times I’ve been in. Not sure what the deal is - this place used to be so good and so well run. Now it takes forever to get a smoothie. And not to mention the inappropriate commentary from the staff. Verbatim the guy asked if I was “hungover…” I was in scrubs on the way to work on a weekday. No im not hungover. Just in a hurry because it’s taking you a year to make a couple smoothies. Won’t be going here again. And the smoothie that I waited 10 minutes and paid $22 for sucked.

I tried the Alkatarian (green juice smoothie) and loved it! The base is a cold pressed juice then more added veggies to turn it into a smoothie. Bright and lemony, and I’ll absolutely go back just for this. I feel like the reviews are mostly negative about uber eats orders. The owner is an extreme extrovert so prepare yourself for that type of interaction…. And like most juice shops it’s pricey but I enjoyed the quality and menu variety. Give it a try!

Ignore reviews and give it a shot. Yes, health food is more expensive (shocker).yes ordering from a third-party like Uber eats will probably screw up your order and not be fresh. Don’t leave a 1 star review for that.
Bottom line is finding a place that uses all the right ingredients for a holistic smoothie is not common or easy to do. I appreciate the rarity. If something isn’t right with you order at the time you get it, let the staff know and they will sort it out then & there. Dont just leave and give a terrible review.

I placed a substantial $160 Uber eats purchase from this store which did not arrive stable in the jars and lost all my money as I was purchasing them to drink all week as juice cleanse. They arrived in plastic cups that were in exposed lids and when I just went back into Blend to tell them what occurred and ask the owner if they still put their juice in jars so they would remain stable, the owner went off on me, not trying to make things right, rather talking to me like I was his child scolding me and I’m a grown woman! This male owner telling me I had an attitude and I needed to stop talking and reset and start over my conversation when he was ready to speak-he was crazy controlling aggressive! I then told him I was not rude I’m just simply telling him what occurred and that he may not want another customer to hear it, but you’d think he’d want to listen to me. He was so extremely rude didn’t care to hear about what occurred, the money I lost, nor that I came back to give them another chance if I could get the juice in the stable jars. Instead after I stopped talking so he could ring up someone, he then started telling me why would I want to purchase from him again if I was so unhappy and told me I could leave so I did! DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY HERE! There are so many juice places in this town like Loleo that are better & that as an owner would want to know when an expensive order is wrong and do everything from a customers standpoint to make it right-this Male owner Does Not Care!

Never ever again. I thought a location in downtown would be on their A game especially with it being the number one tourist area in the US. I did not get a smoothie. I got green water that tastes like unopened celery and lemon. If it wasn’t so dayum expensive I would throw it away. This is probably the most disgusting thing that I have ever had in Charleston. Please read the reviews. Do not order from here!!!!

Smoothies were good, but the bitter barista was a First Class jerk. Made me feel guilty for using the free coupons from our realtor, insulted my personality and career field, and proceeded to tell me how it would soon be replaced by AI. I won’t be back.
It appears that this business is cutting corners and disinterested in the customer experience. Half of the customer seating has been turned into a makeshift office, covered with random papers and notes. The protein acai bowl I ordered was frozen solid. I brought it up to the employee and he said it's "fresh." What a joke. It was literally inedible. The juice I ordered wasn't made fresh either as it came out of a large pre-made batch. If you're looking for fresh and healthy options in a welcoming atmosphere I would keep looking.

I wouldn't normally venture in to buy a $9 juice; there was no bag. Complete ripoff. This business clearly doesnt under stand the concept of "Goodie Bag"
