The chicken pieces were small, the oil was old, and the chickens were cooked too hard.
Stopped here as a safe place to get food while on vacation, i went thru the drive thru where my order was taken by an AI,. hard to be understood by a machine. thankfully there was a person at the window who was super helpful and made sure my order was correct before i left.

Really wanted some Bojangles for lunch. This was the closest to the beach so we arrived after a short drive. They seemed to be overwhelmed behind the counter and we were able to order after a wait. Three dinners and one of us wanted Sweet Tea and I wanted Mountain Dew. When I tasted my drink it was diet. So, I poured it out and tried the other it also was diet. Had the employee draw me one behind the counter and it was diet too. So, I tried the Pepsi and it too was diet! The Tea was labeled unsweetened but luckily it was sweetened for my friend. The meals finally arrived after a quarter hour and the dirty rice was soup and the chicken was the flavor of sadness and disappointment. I tossed everything in the trash and drank my water. The South always talks about Bojangles and it is as much a lie as the alarm that was going off during our whole stay.

said they start to close at 9:30 when they close at 10. got there before 10 and they wouldn’t serve me. change your hours then instead of making ppl drive and refusing to give service.
Came to a chicken fast food place. Placed an order. They asked to wait up front they will bring us our 8 piece chicken meal. Wait 15 minutes nothing, 2 other people who came after us leave with bags. go inside to see what is the hold up, they say they don't have chicken ready!! It's a chicken restaurant!

This has been 3 days in a row will I pull up to the drive-thru at around 6:00 to 6:15 in the morning and even though the hours say that it is open at 5:00 a.m. this place is never actually open. All the lights are on in the establishment and I can physically see people walking around however nobody ever answers the drive-thru in the front door is always locked. I'm not sure why all of the lights are on, and the place looks open if they're not going to answer to customers

Went at 9:45am. Only a few people in drive-thru & seated inside. There were several standing in line which took a long time. I ordered biscuit, bo-rounds & coffee. Waited a long time to order & then for food to come out. Coffee was not ready with food so I stood there waiting as food got cold. Coffee was made but there were no cups near the machine and no one approached either. After a long time, the cashier sauntered back, got some cups & poured my cup. She just set it on the counter and pushed it towards me. Ok ... I guess that's mine.
There was not one napkin in the four or so dispensers & no napkins were given with food. Very few condiments were out. There were no clean tables.
The restaurant is in a nice area but this place is rundown & obviously not managed well.
