Bubbie's Cookies & Treats

Truly disgusted with the order I placed with this company. For transparency, I ordered on 10/12/24 through the UberEats app at 5:28pm and the app distinctly said “order soon, closes at 6pm”. I decided to take my chances and order anyway as I’ve seen some businesses close Uber Eats/DoorDash orders sooner than their true closing time. I was completely accepting of the fact that due to the time of my order, the company may decide to 1) cancel my order through the app OR 2) give me a quick call and explain that they could not fulfill my order. Instead, however, they decided to leave a passive aggressive note ON THE BOX of my order, reprimanding me for not ordering sooner. Little did they know or not seem to care/consider that this was ordered on behalf of a friend who was celebrating her bachelorette as a sweet treat to cap off the night. I was so embarrassed and regretful to have ordered. This was the worst example of customer service I’ve seen in a while. Just call next time and say you can’t fulfill the order instead of dampening someone’s day!

Met Jamie yesterday who was working at this shop and cannot say enough great things! He was so helpful and friendly! The cookies were amazing as well!

The cookies were dry like they had been sitting out for a couple of days. The way they packed them was all together in a cellophane bag inside a box so they also clumped together. For as expensive as they were I would have expected much better quality and not to have been clumped together. The person behind the counter was very friendly

Not family friendly. Went 7/14 around 4 and before we were greeted or had a chance to even look at the food the guy behind the counter was scolding my kid for touching the metal base of a sign on a counter. Obviously not family friendly so we left.

Stopped here randomly while exploring and was out of this world surprised. They have some of the best salted caramel ice cream I've ever tasted. Delicious and interesting cookie flavors. Definitely worth a stop!

DELICIOUS! Don't miss this little gem! Tastiest cookies ever, and so many flavors (80+ flavors!!!) The ice cream cookie sandwich is amazing, with your choice of 2 homemade perfectly baked cookies and ice cream in between. If you're in Charleston, you shouldn't miss it. We've been here for over 20 years and feel that it is hands down the BEST dessert place in town.

I stopped by this wonderful little gem for the first time today and I was pleasantly surprised. They have an amazing variety of cookies to choose from. I did the 1/2 dozen (you get 1 free) so in total I got to choose 7 different ones! That alone was a a great way to start off my experience.
The choices all sounded and looked amazing so it was hard to only choose 7, however my husband and I made it work. I can't speak on every cookie they have but the ones I chose were all winners. The key lime cookie was probably my favorite. It was moist but light, sweet but not overly sweet. There's no doubt that you're eating a key lime flavored cookie. My second top runner was the sinfully cinnamon cookie. Now this cookie I must say is very sweet. It is topped with a cream cheese icing so I expected sweet. The cinnamon flavor was very present as well but not overly done. Perfect balance.
If you're in the Mount Pleasant SC or Charleston SC area Bubbie's cookies and treats are a must. You won't be disappointed!!

Excellent service, some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. The chocolate peanut butter chip was my favorite. Traditional chocolate chip cookie was delicious !! I Will definitely be going back again tomorrow to try some other flavors. Highly recommended!!

Actually funny how we stumbled into Bubbie's. We both had a craving for ice cream & as we drove by, we decided to stop in and see what they had. My boyfriend didnt care for any flavors. Even though I could have picked one, we decided to try another ice cream shop. I felt guilty after trying two samples of flavors and wasnt going to buy any ice cream, so i just ordered a cookie to go to make it worth the guys time. Well, when I got to the car and took a bite: my eyes widened, my mouth watered and I started swearing lol. Immediately I had my boyfriend stop the car and went right back in and ordered a 7 count. Best cookie I have ever had in my life.

Overall, AMAZING cookies! HUGE selection of cookies! Literally anybody could walk in and find a favorite cookie. Vegan and gluten free options available! The ice cream was so-so, but its obvious the cookies are the true hero!

With so many flavors, everyone will have a different opinion. But I will list and rate the cookies I bought if it helps!

Oatmeal raisin cookie: 5/5!!
Dreamsicle cookie: 5/5!!
Apple pie cookie: 4/5 (I personally just didn't care for the nuts in it)
Peanut butter cookie: 5/5 (smells heavenly)
Chocolate chip cookie: 4/5
Oreo cookie: 3/5
