Ordered the soft shell crab special… it was HUGE! Got two of them along with risotto and broccoli. We had good service but witnessed a few customers coming up to staff saying they needed service at their table. Otherwise we were just fine. Husband got the new Tuna bowl… which was also amazing. I will say my soft soft crab special, being $49.95, should have been disclosed ahead of time (the cost.) I probably would have still ordered as the dish was a ton of food but for others, maybe something to consider. I wish I snapped a pic of it. Broccoli was cooked PERFECTLY and the risotto was sooo good. It had corn and asparagus cuts in it. Amazing. Overall, great experience, with friendly staff.

Burtons biggest win for me is the top level service to cater to allergies. I recently went gluten free & attended here with a dear friend who has gluten, soy, nut & dairy. Finding places to eat can be a challenge. However EVERY visit here is stress free , relaxing and enjoyable. They listen, hear and go above and beyond to accommodate to allergies. Almost everything on the main menu is on the allergy menu . Not to mention a great place for mock-tails. This is nothing short of a fantastic establishment. Absolutely clean and great staff!

My wife and ijust visited, I would've given 5 stars but the spinach artichoke dip was room temperature and very wet, like the spinach wasn't drained of excess water, but the burger was spectacular and the greek salad with steak that my wife had she iis still talking about how delicious it was....gave them a second try today, we had firecracker shrimp, salmon platter, and fried haddock sandwich, all were excellent sob5 stars this time

This was my first time at this restaurant. It was a beautiful Saturday afternoon and I just wanted to treat myself to lunch. I originally turned in the shopping center to go to Cava, and I came across this place. Pulled them up on Google to look at the menu and reviews and I was impressed. So I gave them a try. The customer service at the host stand was exceptional with the mgr and host!However, my server, Stephan, definitely needs more training. There were things he did and didn't do that did not give the "upscale dining experience" as advertised on Google!For starters, it took him well over 12-15 minutes to even come to my table and greet me. Typically if a server isn't available, host will have you wait in the lobby so that your server can start you with drinks within 5 minutes of seating. When he brought my water, he did not bring a straw to the table. What waitress doesn't have straws in their apron ?! He said he'd be right back, but the next time he came out, he was actually bringing something to another table, not me. This made me feel unseen, or last priority! Serving is all about multitasking. You could have absolutely brought the other table their check and brought me a straw in the same trip!When he was finally ready to take my order, I asked about some popular favorites since this was my first visit. He told me about 3 or 4 different options, which left me kind of puzzled again because I didn't know which one to choose because they all sounded yummy! I told him to give me a few minutes. He went to two other tables in the meanwhile that were right next to me and as he was walking to the back, I told him I'd like to go ahead and place my order because I had figured it out while he were at the other two tables. He didn't. He brushed me off and made me wait until he came back. Again, multitasking... If you're already walking to the kitchen, why not place my order and do what the other tables need all in one trip?!I'm not saying it was a horrible experience, although my Parmesan fries were not hot and fresh. I'm just making it aware that this did not give upscale vibes. It gave a typical restaurant experience and when I pay upscale prices, I expect upscale experience!

Enjoyed a phenomenally cooked steak with bone broth butter and asparagus made to order. Service was fantastic, atmosphere pleasant and I am very impressed. Would recommend to a friend (better than halls)

My eggs Benedict w crab cakes was OK, but the amount of crab was small and the English muffin was burnt. After this review, they invited me back. The California Chicken Sandwich and She Crab Soup were excellent. Glad I gave them a 2nd chance. 5 stars for this meal.
One of our favorite places to dine in Mount Pleasant.Well managed, dependable and always serves consistently good food!As a foodie and a Chef that is what I am looking for!Awesome kids menu and my favorite is the Pomegranate Martini and the Salmon entree'.My husband loves the lobster pasta dish.Really, you can't go wrong with any dishes!
