Really disappointed in this location. I’m typically very impressed here, to the point we drive from west Ashley to come here because the location in west Ashley is awful! I came in to the Mount Pleasant location on a Saturday night 2 hours before close and they had no white rice or grilled chicken. Really upsetting, if I was the owner that would be absolutely unacceptable on a Saturday evening. It’s really upsetting to not have the main staples available - we ended up walking right back out

Finally decided to give Cava a try and Carolyn specifically from mount pleasant location was soooo lovely!! She was patient, understanding and informative as it was my first time there. Very welcoming and friendly. She gave me samples to try. She made my experience & the food did not disappoint! It felt light but filling at the same time loaded with flavor.
