Listen — I came in hungry. I left questioning if I’d just eaten lunch or had a spiritual experience.

Dorty served up Mediterranean magic like he’s been sent by the food gods themselves. The chicken? Juicier than gossip at a family reunion. The hummus? So smooth it could negotiate peace treaties. And don’t even get me started on the rice — fluffy, flavorful, and clearly made with love (or witchcraft).

This place doesn’t serve food...

My lentils: rock hard
My rice: rock hard
Servers: First Lady was nice, but didn’t tell me that the steak cost 3.50 more, the menu didn’t either.
The second man was… rock hard.
The third lady was a sassy pants.
The food was yummy, but I accidentally spent significantly more than advertised. I was told that I got to pick any meat, nope, some cost a lot more than others. And what! As many toppings as I like… with a sneaky cost....

I had an exceptional time being at the cava, this is actually my first time at the location because i am here for work but Carolyn and Justin made the transaction very easy and accessible for me… you should definitely come try and also my bowl look over gas…
