My birthday party was catered by Charleston Bay Gourmet at my home serving 70 people with delicious pulled pork and Bbq chicken. Great sides and a wait staff on site named Mari.
Mari was a very professional, friendly, gracious server. She cleaned up the buffet , empty and refined trash cans and even swept the room where the buffet was served.
All cutlery and plates were provided. My wife wanted to serve her very own sweet tea which was delicious and sweet.
This is an A+++ business with a great staff. I highly recommend Charleston Bay Gourmet.

We recently attended an oyster roast at a friend's house catered by Charleston Bay gourmet. It turned out to be a rainy evening, but they were equipped with tents to give us proper shelter. The oysters were cooked perfectly. Some open some just ready to be open but not too dried out. The lowcountry boil was excellent with neither, the shrimp or the corn being overcooked. We used Charleston Bay Gourmet for my daughter’s wedding aboard the Carolina Girl. We were able to have a tasting prior with my daughter & her fiancé. They had a table set for us with samples of our food choices. It was a nice experience for us. Then the wedding…. The food was excellent! The staff brought it onboard, organized & served it very carefully. I didn’t need to attend to anything which was appreciated. Most of our guests came from Texas & Ohio and mentioned that the food was delicious. They especially enjoyed the crab cakes & Brussel sprouts. All plates were removed once a guest was finished with their meal & the venue was kept clean & organized. Any leftovers were carefully packaged for us too. I highly recommend Charleston Bay Gourmet & will definitely choose them for any future events.
