I will never go to another Chick-fil-A again. These people are racist. They don’t care about veterans and their staff is rude.

This Chick Fil A needs to get it together. It’s consistently bad service and I see that almost every reviewer agrees. 9/10 they don’t tell you who to follow in the line and it creates a big issue. Wait times are long and they mess your order up frequently. However, I gave a star because their staff is friendly.

Worst Chick-fil-A I’ve Been To

I usually love Chick-fil-A, but this location has been consistently disappointing. The first time, they forgot my boyfriend’s sandwich. The next time, they got my entire order wrong. And now, after a long day—six months pregnant—I was looking forward to my meal, only to get home and realize they completely forgot my sandwich. All I had was a side of fries while my boyfriend’s meal was there in full.

It’s frustrating to pay for food and not get what you ordered, especially when it happens repeatedly. The attention to detail and customer service at this location really need improvement.

I love the spicy burrito, but I love the salsa that is supposed to come with it even more. It keeps the burrito from being dry. I can't figure out why this location keeps forgetting it. I have gotten to the point where I ask for extra now just so I can ensure I get the one that comes with it, then I throw the other one out which is stupid and wasteful.

Today's frustrations were compounded because I added a parfait and they didn't put a spoon in my bag. Oh also no napkins. I got back to my office and now have nothing to eat the parfait with. When I called the store back this morning to share my frustrations, they were very nice and apologetic, but both people I spoke with including a manager did not offer any sort of solution to make it right. They just apologized and said that they will make sure that is fixed next time I come in. Possibly one of the worst answers I have ever heard as you have no idea who I am or when I may be coming back. Not sure what is going on with Chick-fil-A these days but order accuracy and accountability when they make a mistake has taken a terrible dive. The brand in general is completely losing our family's trust and we are now hesitant to offer any future business to this once amazing company.

Ordered Salad did not ask for bacon crumbles. I'm allegic to PORK. Got bacon crumbles in it. Tried to contact store blown off because I used Door dash. Please change app so you can write a note or MODIFY.

Why would you remove the option to get a at Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich ? o
This is the only Chick-fil-A that I’ve ever been to that doesn’t offer a Chick-fil-A deluxe sandwich. It’s not even a local thing because all the other Chick-fil-A locations in town offer it.

The dining room had a long line to the counter, a group of people anxiously waiting on their delivery, catering and pickup orders AND a drive thru line backed up all the way out to the road… and these guys just knocked out order after order with speed, accuracy and a friendly smile. My food is always hot here, always tastes amazing and my order continues to be accurate. When I go in it’s always clean, and even when in the drive thru line during the busy hours, the workers are always efficient and tell each car who to merge behind to help keep the line moving fast. This Chick-fil-A continues to be the best one I’ve been to. Incredible food and service ?

Absolutely upsetting experience. When I went to pick up my food a worker said “for taylor” which I misheard for my orders name Taya. Was then told“ you know I said Taylor” when I responded back “for Taya?” after realizing the drink was wrong. He then grabbed the drink out of my hand as me and my friend sat there confused. When he came back with my order he goes “stealing isn’t right” as he hands me my food and end it with a “my pleasure” as me and and my friend say their in silence. I called to management and briefly described what happened was told he would be talked to and if I needed anything else, I was on the verge of tears at this point so I just drove away and went home. I tried to call the restaurant and get his name and talk about the incident more and again was told he was talked to but that he thought I was stealing. Why would I want someone else’s order, and not my own. Was an absolutely crazy experience, especially for how chickfula usually treats customers. I was denied his name but hopefully he can learn how to treat other people with kindness or even just some respect.
