I am so disgusted. I got some chicken noodle soup from Chick-fil-A because I wasn’t feeling well. I got toward the bottom of the bowl and there was a dead fly in there. So gross especially after I ate almost the whole thing. I will not be ordering that again 🤢

Worst drive thru I've ever encountered, during busy hours the drive thru lane goes all the way into the main road. They need dedicated employees to direct traffic. It took multiple customers complaining for any employee to start helping out. This location needs to work on their drive-thru service.

The price was ridiculously high, and the food portions were smaller. It didn't matter how many times I said to add 2 honey mustard, which would have made three total. They still only gave me two, and they charged me an extra dollar, Bohangles from now on.

When I got there, I didn't realize they were about to close. I parked to test the food. The nuggets were so old that I spit them out in the parking lot. The fries were mixed with cold and hot fries. The chicken sandwich was mid, basically lukewarm. I drove around, and they were closed. Everyone was walking to their cars. To say I was disappointed is an understatement.
Consistently messing orders up. It’s either a straw, the sauce, or an actual food item that is missing. This is the worst Chick-fil-A in the Charleston area.
