There service is very poor and they chicken is raw in the middle and gave my son food poisoning then they have the audacity to not give me a refund me I’m thinking about taking this too corporate because my wife just woke up throwing up green ooze because she ate chick fil a fruit it had to be old im just frustrated and triggered

One of the worst chick fil a I have been to. Every time I go I have dippy people who can’t get a simple order right. I think I can count on one hand the amount of times my order has been correct. I’ve found random hairs in my food, and half the time the chicken doesn’t seem fully cooked. I’m DONE with this location from now on I will drive the extra 10min down the road to the other location. Management at this chick fil a needs to step up.

We stopped by the Chick-fil-A in Mount Pleasant for dinner and were seriously impressed. Not only was the food fresh and tasty—as always—but this was hands-down the cleanest Chick-fil-A we’ve ever been to!
The team working that evening was friendly, fast, and attentive. Even during the dinner rush, everything ran smoothly and the dining area stayed spotless. You could tell the staff really takes pride in the place.
Our meals were exactly what we hoped for—crispy chicken sandwiches, waffle fries hot from the fryer, and all the sauces we love. It’s always nice when a fast food spot feels this well-run and welcoming.
Definitely one of the best Chick-fil-A experiences we’ve had. We’d come back anytime!
