Why is service always completely awful unless it's prime lunch time? Walked in at 4 to pick up an order, 3 employees look at me and just stand around. Not a single person in the restaurant but me. Think ok they're waiting on the food to be made I'll be patient. Employee squeezes thru from behind me, also ignores me. Few minutes go by and one of the girls walks up to the order screen so I think again, sweet they're making it. Nope she goes back to just standing there. so thought again ok I guess the food isnt ready. Few more minutes go by and a girl walks out from the back to ask me the name. She goes right up to the screen and starts bagging everything, it was all just sitting there, she then walks off again mid packing it and comes back to finish. Then a guy comes in behind me to pick up as well. She asks his name, makes his, hands it to him all while mine is already packed sitting there for her to say "just need to put yours in a bigger bag" ya I know and you could've done that much faster than making his whole order. All in all it was probably less than 10 minutes but blatantly just wasting my time and not a single other customer was there and 4 people just standing around not doing a single thing. couldn't figure out how to do this a little quicker is honestly just pathetic. And it's the same way at both Mount p locations. Great service during lunch horrible any other time. Almost always I say the name, they tell me it'll be out shortly without once checking the shelf of many bags to see if it's mine. And 90% of the time it is. The simple lack of awareness is infuriating

Always so slow. Was in the drive through line at 2pm with only 2 cars in front of me and took 15 min to get my food, will be going to a different location in the future

Had a great experience here. Drove up, no line. Everyone was very kind and I got my food quickly and it was fresh. Everything I asked for was in the order!

Found a hair in my sandwich and they only asked me if I wanted another one. I had to ask for a refund which they reluctantly did. Did not offer a free sandwich voucher for the inconvenience or the trauma of a long hair being visibly in my sandwich as soon as I pulled it out of the bag. Sent a note to corporate and haven’t heard anything from them. I go to the Johnnie Dodds one now. Haven’t been back to this one since.

They forget some part of my order at least 90% of the time. On Uber eats delivery, the number of items missing is even worse. If you’re bagging the orders, check the order against the receipt! This is not rocket science.

I get that the workers probably hate working there, but give me what I paid for.
