this place is really hit or miss. The food is great, but depending on who is there the whole atmosphere changes, it’s really not consistent. I honestly prefer the afternoon staff when it’s slower versus the morning staff when they all just seem a little bit uptight just being honest.

Went in an hour after they opened. Very dirty men's bathroom and the one dark haired lady behind counter was rude. She ignored my wife at first when she asked a question and no one said hello.

Wife ordered croissants and salads for the family yesterday, and just about all chicken salad had an 'off' taste, like maybe the mayonnaise or the chimken was the problem? As well the lettuce had a brown tinge throughout, nobody wanted to touch it, not even the salad-crazy daughter

Not too expensive though. Hope it was a one-off

Poor service. Made online order and order was not correct. When asked for the rest of my order, the staff acted like this was an annoyance to them. They’re just kind of rude in there.

I got fancy Nancy as always. Very disappointed it was dry and had very few bits of apples and grapes.

I had the Fancy Nancy on a croissant. This was below subpar. The croissant was stale and beyond dry. It was flat like someone sat on it. I couldn't even tell it was a croissant. The chicken salad had all of 1 grape in the sandwich. The mac n cheese had a strange taste. I may return to give another chance but this was very disappointing.

Went to drive thru no one answered, no closed sign waited for 5 minutes.Pass the store and they were open with customers inside?!?! Terrible service...

I absolutely love this place. There are so many options, and everyone I've had is delicious. The service is always great, as well as friendly, I like to order ahead in the app and pick it up. It's almost always ready by the time I get there (usually within 15mins) and then I can just head home and enjoy!

Nice low key place to get a quick light meal. 7yr old loved the Mac and cheese the croissant is super buttery, a great complement to the chicken salad. will definitely becoming back!

Great food

My office requested CSC for lunch. The chicken salad was delicious but the salad was inedible. The lettuce was absolutely horrid - completely brown and spoiled throughout. This is the type of lettuce that gets people sick. Fortunately, I was the only person that ordered a salad because I would have been horrified to serve this to my clients.

There always seems to be something wrong at this location. Most recently the soda dispenser has been broke for weeks. Another time the toaster was not working. Consistently the portion sizes have been below what is given at other locations. The facility itself is subpar, some care in its cleanliness would be appreciated. Interactions with the cashier has always been great despite the recommended tip starting at 15% on the point of sale.
