RUDEST “EMPLOYEES” EVER Before I say anything, I work in customer service and food/bev so I know it isn’t fun. But the “employees” here are glorified children who DO NOT care about you or your experience. They actually act like it’s an inconvenience that they have to work. They were extremely rude to me when I was just trying to pickup a mobile order and laughed in my face when it was wrong. PLEASE SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN OR FIRE THESE CLOWNS. The lack of common courtesy, basic human empathy and just rude to anyone who walks in. A disgusting waste of space and definitely should not be in customer facing positions. I’m appalled by the actual malice and genuine disrespect these employees subject me and many others too. Thanks for nothing!

The Mount Pleasant location needs to be visited by the Health Inspector. The place is a pigsty. The garbage cans are always overflowing, the tables are a mess, and the beverage area is always a disaster. But plenty of employees standing around doing nothing.

Horrible customer service! Lady at the counter didn't even acknowledge that we were waiting in front of the line and had very angry or sad fave the whole time. Maybe they need to learn how to smile and make customer feel welcome!!

This Chipotle is an absolute embarrassment. Every single time I’ve gone, something is wrong. They’re constantly out of ingredients—major ingredients—not small stuff. Half the menu might as well not exist because it’s “unavailable,” “out,” or “online only.” It feels like nobody is running this place.
The service is awful. The staff looks completely untrained, unprepared, and frustrated, and it shows in every interaction. The whole restaurant has this miserable, chaotic energy where everyone seems stressed, annoyed, or checked out. It’s uncomfortable to stand in there, let alone order food.
I’ve given this location more chances than it deserved, and it fails every time. It’s one of the worst-run restaurants I’ve ever been to. I’m done with this place for good, and anyone thinking about going should save themselves the frustration.

Seems like they brought the manger over from the North Charleston location. (which is really good). White gentlemen with glasses. He runs a tight ship - food was great and fast. Mount pleasant location is on the rise!
