I couldn’t go less than o e star but would if I could. I’ve. Ever experienced any place consistently as bad as this location. Ever!I’ve waiting a long time to post this. Hoping it would improve because I like chipotle. Hopefully this gets noticed along with all the other bad reviews and corporate foxes the amount Pleasant location.Cleanliness is nonexistent here. Even early in the day which means it isn’t cleaned right at night. Bathrooms dirty, floors dirty. What must the food safety be then??? The Garbages overflow. All day. Every day.The service acts like the patrons don’t exist. No matter how kind. Place is a mess and you often see workers standing around. Why would one ever leave a tip for such a bad experience???The food? They are usually out of so many items and the drinks are never replenished. Always out of drinks, chips, even chicken.Please come fix our local chipotle.

I made a pick up order and it was prepared on time. However, when I informed them that they had given me the wrong order with my sticker, the girl just took it back from me, didn’t apologize, or tell me she would make it again. Instead she just turned around and kept working on the new orders and left myself and 4 other patrons who also had the wrong orders standing there without any directions causing us to have to ask again if we would be getting food remade. I understand that sometimes we can get stuck in the weeds, but customer service goes a long way. And I was most grossed out by the fact that people had opened their orders, inspected them / smeared food all over the kids, and then the staff allowed them to just swap them among themselves after the food had been touched by another guest and the staff did not offer to remake it.

While in SC on vacation my husband and I decided to have dinner at Chipotle. We found ourselves at the Hwy 17 location and upon arrival were greeted with two signs on the door indicating online orders only were being accepted. We entered to confirm and were very matter of factly informed the sign on the door was correct and if we wanted food the only way we’d get it was to use the app; and oh btw, we’re out of cheese! Out the door we went.

Giving low stars because cashier tried to keep $20 of my change after paying with a 50… luckily i counted m change.. she walked away real fast and i got another staff to help, then the girl came back and was very non chalant “oh here it is it fell on the floor” .. i know the trick, that is how they try to pocket extra money either stealing from the cash register/establishment itself or from the customer like with me.

Chipotle is going down. It's unclean. We went to one in Summerville and the food area looked so bad we left and came to Mt. Pleasant. My rice bowl had hard rice in it and the employee happily fixed a new one but that one had a hair in it. The crew was really nice but cleanliness really needs some work.

WORST CHIPOTLE EVER!!! I’ve never had such a bad experience in a chipotle before. The atmosphere was terrible and very unwelcoming. There was a tons of people just sitting waiting for their food and workers just got upset and mad when someone would ask the status of their order. We had to wait more than half an hour for our food!!! utterly ridiculous!! The food wasn’t even that good and they put beans when I didn’t ask for them! don’t go to this chipotle!!!

Last two times here online order was the only option. The food was over 30-minutes late the first time and 15-minutes late the second time. Overall it’s a really odd dining situation. I wish I had read these reviews before ordering.

The only option was to order online when I got to the store, it happens here sometimes. I know they give smaller portions when ordering online, so I order extra white rice, extra beans, double chicken(+$4), extra corn, extra cheese. Bring it home and open it up to see it’s less food than I’d get if I ordered normal everything! Except the cheese they did add a lot of cheese which I appreciate. It’s the right ingredients, the portions are just tiny so they didn’t mix the order up.Never ordering Chipotle online again
