I recently visted from out of town and the manager Christiano was the best. I sat down after a long stressful work convention, he gave me the best recommendations and brought me out the perfect milkshake to end a hard day. I would definitely recommend going in ad asking for him. I definitely would visit again.

This was my 1st time in and it won't be my last! Cristiano definitely helped me figure out the kiosk to get exactly what I wanted. I opted for the fried green tomato burger option, a southern staple! I got it on the brioche bun, which was exactly what I wanted, so I was glad they had that! I'm pescatatian, and was glad to see there was something I could eat there, the ahi sandwich was a thought too. The seasoned fries were delish and I was thrilled to see that they had a sauce bar!! If your in Charleston, definitely stop by here, and tell Cristiano I said hi!

Food was great and service was especially great John and Bobby were great there attitudes were happy and super enthusiastic they definitely make the environment fun and welcoming….. there was a 2 year old in my group and John was super patient and loved taking her order and gave her all the pickles she wanted.

I contacted the Mount Pleasant Comeback Shack about catering an event. Everything from the customer service to the food was excellent. They worked with me to create a burger bar. They food was fresh, tasted great and was easy to set up. I would recommend them!

Not a local, just a family looking for a bite while visiting. This is a great spot for a delicious milkshake and hamburger. Cristiano was super helpful! He really went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.
My husband and I were incredibly surprised by how fresh and delicious our burgers were! House made pickles and sauces. The chili beans and slaw were delicious with no overuse of salt. Manager Bobby was very hospitable and walking about checking on everyone while also taking orders. The hand-cut fries were delicious (oil was fresh!). We loved the handy washing sink located near the condiments table.... it was very convenient after enjoying a messy and delicious meal! Please change NOTHING, Come Back Shack!

I placed an online order and it was prepared very quick. The burger was very good. I thought the chili cheese fries were too dry. I also got the pretzels and chicken tenders, both of which were fine. Overall, I'd come back just for the burger.
