Amazing customer service! We had a mix-up with the kids’ sliders and my parents’ veggie burger order, but Bobby, the manager, personally stepped in. He apologized, replaced the meals right away, and even gave us vouchers for next time. He went above and beyond — something you don’t see much anymore. We left happy and will definitely be back!

Way too expensive for it to be wrong! I Payed 10 dollars for a chicken Baja chicken sandwich that is supposed to have Guacamole but it Did Not have guacamole! It was also supposed to have Jalapeños but it did not!

Today was probably my last visit. I loved The Come Back Shack.
Today the ice tea was bad. It tasted fermented.
I looked past that and enjoyed Strawberry Lemonade.
I had ordered my Baja chicken which I normally love. My first bite was extremely chewy. I wish now I had spit it out. My chicken was RAW!
I am so disgusted. They made me another one but I haven’t touched it. I am still so grossed out by eating undercooked chicken.
I don’t know who to get over a loss of trust like that.
I will miss you but food needs cooked to temperature. You served me raw food that was easy to see with one bite
I absolutely LOVED the food here. It was delicious. The burger was juicy and cooked perfectly. The fries were crispy, on the outside, and soft and almost creamy on the inside. The comeback sauce is the bomb. Atmosphere was whatever. There were a lot of kids running around. But everything else was money. I will definitely be back.

First time got the chicken tenders, really good, 5 star, next time got yhe double patty melt, 3 star, only as the pattys weren't cooked long enough, I'll ask for well done next time and guess it depends who is cooking. Either lazy or training, thinkin the prior.

Great service and great food. Loved the homemade ranch for dipping the yummy seasoned fries. I went up and asked for lettuce and tomatoes after the fact for my burger and they gave it to me with a smile. We will be back.
