Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

Wonderful food. I love the country store. I enjoy the candy and gift ideas.

The staff was great! The food was not so good my biscuits was dry and the sausage wasn’t cook all the way.

Normally I don't leave bad reviews but today was especially unpleasant and NASTY. Although Crackle Barrel has decent prices and food, today was out of the ordinary. Not only did I travel a long distance to eat at this specific restaurant, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. My pancakes became cold at that point. and my order was incomplete to the max. They gave me parts of someone else’s order but was missing half of mine. I’m appalled. WORST SERVICE EVER! #throwthewholecraklebarrelaway

Pancakes and sausage are amazing there is always something cool or interesting to find in the store staff are always nice and food comes out quick and warm 10/10 come here if you want to have a good breakfast/ lunch and come home with something you have never seen before!

Mandy, our server was absolutely fantastic; very attentive to our needs and went above & beyond to provide exceptional service. The food was amazing as always and the environment was so very pleasant. Clean, full of inspiring items and freedom to just enjoy the company of your companions without the rush/noise like other restaurants/fast room places. Here, you can unwind and just truly be you and enjoy yourself. Conveniently located right off 17 and highly recommended!!!

Pecan PANCAKES not done ,bacon nasty and toast was not toasted at all

Very pleasant, attentive wait staff. Smoked sausage patties are phenomenal!!

Hostess was RUDE! Waitress forgot a lot of our order and we had to go get a lot of our own condenments. She wasn't bothered about it at all. And service was slow and everything on the plate was COLD!! People who sat down after us were served and were eating and almost done before we got our food! You ask why didnt we ask for a manager, well he was cooking and didn't want the waitress to get lost to go find him!

Was there tonight. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel many times but in all honesty it will be a long time before I go again. Who brings silver ware in containers to the table.

Poor customer service.

This cracker barrel in mt pleasant sc is consistently one of the best we have ever seen. The kitchen must have a long term staff or some other secret, as the food they prepare is always perfect and just a notch above the average cracker barrel. The rest of the staff is friendly, helpful and ready to serve the customer.

Great lunch stop! Service is quick, food is great and there is a nice store with lots of neat items! Great value!

Very cozy place. Loved the atmosphere and good place to enjoy Southern cuisine. Service was excellent and friendly. The trout was really good. Will go visit again.

I go to Cracker Barrel often. This one didn't feel quite as welcoming as others. Maybe just a busy/ bad day for my server. Same food.
