Normally I don't leave bad reviews but today was especially unpleasant and NASTY. Although Crackle Barrel has decent prices and food, today was out of the ordinary. Not only did I travel a long distance to eat at this specific restaurant, but I had to wait an additional 30 minutes to get my food. My pancakes became cold at that point. and my order was incomplete to the max. They gave me parts of someone else’s order but was missing half of mine. I’m appalled. WORST SERVICE EVER! #throwthewholecraklebarrelaway

Pancakes and sausage are amazing there is always something cool or interesting to find in the store staff are always nice and food comes out quick and warm 10/10 come here if you want to have a good breakfast/ lunch and come home with something you have never seen before!

Mandy, our server was absolutely fantastic; very attentive to our needs and went above & beyond to provide exceptional service. The food was amazing as always and the environment was so very pleasant. Clean, full of inspiring items and freedom to just enjoy the company of your companions without the rush/noise like other restaurants/fast room places. Here, you can unwind and just truly be you and enjoy yourself. Conveniently located right off 17 and highly recommended!!!

Hostess was RUDE! Waitress forgot a lot of our order and we had to go get a lot of our own condenments. She wasn't bothered about it at all. And service was slow and everything on the plate was COLD!! People who sat down after us were served and were eating and almost done before we got our food! You ask why didnt we ask for a manager, well he was cooking and didn't want the waitress to get lost to go find him!

Was there tonight. Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at any restaurant. I have eaten at Cracker Barrel many times but in all honesty it will be a long time before I go again. Who brings silver ware in containers to the table.
My first, rather critical review was based on my initial experiences when the restaurant first opened. I am certain now, that all the problems we encountered were likely due to growing pains of a new restaurant. Since then, we have eaten there a number of times without incident and have enjoyed the Cracker Barrel experience we all have come to expect. Good job in putting it all together.

We enjoy eating at a cracker Barrel restaurant but try and avoid the one on Hwy 17 in Mount Pleasant due to the service, it's horrible and the food is alway a hit or miss. You may get lucky if there are only a hanful of customers in the restaurant to get waited on and served in a reasonable time, If they are busy you may as well go elsewhere. We have gotten up and left the restaurant on three different occasions due to no service after waiting 10 to 20 minutes. I understand its going to take a little longer if their busy but what burns me is when table's that were seated after us are already getting served drinks and are starting to get their food and we have not even been acknowledged. There is no reason why the wait staff cant acknowledge you and serve you in a timely manner, it seems they have plenty of servers but it is obviuos they need training. So if you have two hours to kill and want to gamble on getting cold food or not, then all means stop at this locatioin.

This cracker barrel in mt pleasant sc is consistently one of the best we have ever seen. The kitchen must have a long term staff or some other secret, as the food they prepare is always perfect and just a notch above the average cracker barrel. The rest of the staff is friendly, helpful and ready to serve the customer.
