Sometimes you just want a fancy cupcake because it's a form of self-care. They have great flavor options and the cake is always fresh and delicious! The staff is also pretty great if you're having a tough time choosing (the answer is usually to just get it all)! It's a blessing and a curse that we don't live closer.

The salted caramel chocolate and candy bar cupcakes are the best!! I have had a few cupcakes in the past that were a little disappointing, but generally, a trip to Cupcake is a sweet treat. The staff is friendly and the shops are very cute and inviting.

My review is based on 2 different occasions. The first time there, the 'girls', about 3 of them literally just standing there talking when I went in, acted as though my presence & questions were an annoyance to them, Even after I told them that I was new to the area and that it was my 1st time there.I decided to give them a second shot, and ordered online so that I didn't have to take a chance of going in there and dealing with the same dismissiveness as the 1st time. I ordered their half dozen bakers selection and 4 of the 6 cupcakes were dry. Additionally, 2 of the 6 were plain vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and sprinkles...nothing unique and tasty about those at all.I won't give them a 3rd chance.

Called to place an order for my Mom’s visitation/funeral. I understand everyone has bad days. In the service industry, how you present to potential Customers is EVERYTHING. Would have placed a large order and used them for the funeral reception. I felt like I was bothering her and taking her valuable time. Will NOT use them for anything EVER. Too bad. Their product and presentation is absolutely stunning and hear they are delicious. Please work on people skills. It’s everything.
