Dog and Duck is tucked away in the Belle Hall shopping center and has both indoor and outdoor seating in a sports bar atmosphere. We stopped in on a Sunday evening after church.
We sat inside and we're seated immediately. There's plenty of choices on the drink menu and many beers, including local brews, on draft. The menu itself is heavy on pub fare and sandwiches, with plenty of daily specials. Happy hour is daily from 4-7pm.
We ordered nachos as an appetizer and a few different items for dinner. My burger was requested medium but arrived rare and luke warm and honestly not that flavorful, which was unfortunate. Everyone else was happy with their order.
As mentioned there is a good sized patio with covered outdoor seating. The inside is pretty spacious as well with numerous TVs for sports if that is your thing.

It was just ok, our waitress never once asked or gave me and my husband waters. We ordered French dip, once again not your traditional French dip.,Two pieces of buttered bread with meat & barely any cheese in the middle, I was very disappointed. I ate salad instead. Also, we ordered 12 count chicken wings to go for our child, came home and only had 10(also wings were over cooked) Will not be coming back.

called to place take out order. was rudely advised they would not take order on phone and to place order on line or come in and place order. i was not in position to go on line nor did i want to arrive, order and wait. too many other options. Placed my order with near by competitor and spent my 140.00 order with someone willing to accommodate

This was my family and I first time here and it won’t be the last. I’m so glad we decided to try something new and drive out to this location for lunch. Everything was amazing from our server to the atmosphere. Huge shoutout out to the chef because the food was spectacular.

Literally OUTSTANDING Food & Service. Our 1st time here. The spices were superb on the grouper bites & the fries were seasoned to perfection. The chicken tenders were safe for a 1st visit & didn't disappoint. We look fonward in trying other dishes. Unfortunately, what was disappointing & the 1st thing that I saw bc I always wash my hands before eating, was the disgusting ladies restroom. It was filthy & looked like it hadn't been cleaned in at least a month. I was terrified to touch anything! Seriously! I wish it had been clean bc this place would've gotten 4 stars, for sure. Dog & Duck in Mont Pleasant has great food & service but we hope they will clean their restrooms, daily & keep them tidy for themselves & customers.
Walked in 5 servers walked past us and were cleaning for about 20 minutes didn’t even get menus nothing got told our food would be out shortly we didn’t even have a waiter yet very terrible service table wasn’t even cleaned.

This is always a fun place to eat. Atmosphere is great with tons of sports on TV screens everywhere. The staff is always great at all their locations, and the food is really good. Highly recommend this place!
