The worst in the chain. Never got my food. Even spoke with someone at the restaurant and they said “they are on their way”. Just don’t order from here. I might never order from dominoes again.

Two weeks in a row they have messed up our order. First week the order was a simple, from the menu order and both pizzas were wrong! We should have looked at them before we left, but we didn’t. The 2nd week (a few days ago) we received a text saying pizza was done. We were 1/3 mile away. Went to pick it up and after waiting for 10 minutes while mgt was pulled away to talk on business phone leaving uncut pizza to get cold, we were asked again what the name of the order was under. They could not find the pizza. We gave them the order number and they told us a ticket never printed and although the pizza was made, they gave it to someone else! We had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make the prepaid pizza. The weekend before they added onions, mushrooms, etc. to pizza that should have been just a simple order from the menu. Never once offered a discount, refund, etc. Sadly this is the only close pizza place to us. When they get order correct it is good!

This place has gone downhill a lot lately in the last 6 months. Orders aren’t ready on time and the atmosphere inside is quite toxic among staff. Friday evening, placed an order on the app, estimated pickup in 12-20 min. Arrive at the store at the 20 min mark, order hasn’t been started, and the tv screen inside the store notes a 45-60 min wait time. Ask the lady at the front counter, she has no idea if the tv screen is accurate. All while staff are yelling at each other, they don’t know how to work the computer and modify orders, don’t know how to find your order status… it’s a cluster. Finally had my order ready nearly 1.5 hours later. If the manager is a lady, she speaks terribly to the staff, never comes to the front to apologize or talk to customers, it’s pretty toxic inside. Will likely be visiting Marco’s from now on.

The lowest quality service I’ve ever experienced at a pizza place. Management clearly has no control of operations, a delivery less than 10 minutes away took over an hour. The tracker said my order was ready long before it ever left the store, which shows either incompetence or disregard for customers. If this is considered acceptable by leadership, then new management is desperately needed. Until then, expect late, cold food and zero accountability. Businesses that treat customers this way do not deserve to stay open.

Ordered online it said delivery would be 25 to 35 minutes. After over an hour I called and they told me that it would be much faster if I just came and picked it up because it would take another hour otherwise

I will no longer be ordering from domino's in park west for both person or buisness orders. Terrible customer service and horrible attitude from staff members.

I ordered an online pick up order, once I got there the food wasn’t ready and I was told it would be another 5 minutes. No issue there because I knew I was early. Once the pizza came out of the oven one lady was cutting up the pizza and the manager walks over and said she forgot to put tomatoes on the pizza. Instead of just telling about that or just making a new pie, she walks over to the veggie counter and grabs a handful of tomatoes and sprinkles them on top of the pie barehanded, NO GLOVES!!! They did not think that I noticed and the lady brings my pie over to me and says here you go! I asked her why they just do that and they were speechless!!! I just wanted to give my local neighbors a heads up, so you don’t have all those germs when eating! I know see why they have a 2.8 star review.

We are a large family of ten and pizza is the only reasonably priced takeout for us. Domino's is our typical go to and we have had our fair share of mediocre pizza. Tonight we ordered three large pizzas and every single one was fantastic! They were clearly made with care (thank you Alwaze!) and the taste was exceptional. This will definitely be our favorite lunch/dinner stop when we visit the area. Thanks for a dinner well made!!
