We are a large family of ten and pizza is the only reasonably priced takeout for us. Domino's is our typical go to and we have had our fair share of mediocre pizza. Tonight we ordered three large pizzas and every single one was fantastic! They were clearly made with care (thank you Alwaze!) and the taste was exceptional. This will definitely be our favorite lunch/dinner stop when we visit the area. Thanks for a dinner well made!!

The past couple of times I ordered, they said my order should be delivered in 25 to 30 minutes. Each time it has taken well over an hour sometimes closer to 1.5. I don't get what has changed. It used to be delivered quickly.

Will never be ordering from Parkwest dominos ever again. I don’t know why we decided to order from here again but we thought to give it the benefit of the doubt. The pizza was very undercooked. Then it’s very annoying that customer service is clearly not the people working at the actual establishment even though they lie and say they are at the store. This place needs a lot of work. If you own a chain restaurant then make it the best one out of all them.

I ordered a New York special with mushrooms, pepperoni, onions, and extra cheese. I never saw any onions. There were very few mushrooms. There was plenty of pepperoni. In my opinion there was no extra cheese, but different pizza places have different opinions of what constitutes extra cheese.

Talk about a forever wait. I ordered my food and was told 15 minutes. I left came back 15 minutes later now they tell me I have to wait another 25 minutes for tater tots... tater tots should not take an hour everrrrrr...are you kidding ok ok no more dominoes for me or anyone I know
Ordered food for delivery.Placed my order online at 30...App said delivery time between 15-20 minutes...1:45pm it said my order was out of the oven for quality check...2:18 it was still not out the door.30 minutes it sat at the store without being delivered.Called the store and was given a lame excuse about them only having 1 driver and 1 cook until about 3pm.Was not even apologized to for the delay, offered anything for the delay, just a weak excuse that the driver was trying to stack deliveries so they were taking more than 1 at a time.Miraculously; 1 minute after I called my order was marked as out for delivery...All it took was me calling for my delivery to actually leave the store and make it to my door in 10 minutes.Pizza was lopsided and poorly cut. Had some HUGE pieces and them Itty bitty pieces.As a previous dominos delivery driver I can say you're failing. I won't use delivery again for your restaurant. And if you don't have the drivers and are on UBER accepting orders through uber then let uber drivers supplement if you're not going to do your jobs.

Utterly shocked! Was told on the website it would be 35 to 45 minutes for delivery. I understand the situation was staffing right now so knowing that, I finally called after waiting an hour and 10 minutes to see where the driver was. The guy who answered the phone was so nasty to me! He told me that it's Sunday and they are way behind and I should know to expect to wait and then hung up on me! I didn't even get a chance to say anything! He should be fired! The delivery guy was super sweet and I know it's not his fault. I just can't believe the way I was spoken to on the phone by the guy at the store! Done! There are so many great places around here in addition to DoorDash, and also Uber eats! There's no need for this! I will also note that I would have gone and picked it up because it is literally five minutes away from my house but I just had surgery on my eye so I cannot drive.
