Nah. Priority goes to drive thru while you wait forever at the counter, menu items on the menu board not available, and what donuts the served were stale. Any gas station is better.

Ok, this is probably my own fault as I’ve had a bad experience before with this Dunkin’ Donuts, but it was Christmas Eve and my daughter wanted a donut so I went against better judgement. We were close and stopped by and went inside… to get A donut. Upon entering, Nobody says hi, or even made eye contact with me, no big, I continued to the counter. I hate order kiosks, but it’s Christmas Eve so I’ll play by the rules and ordered The donut. Nobody inside at first as I ordered but a family came in behind me. The family behind us, of cultural difference, proceeded to the counter and was met with courtesy and politeness that we were absolutely not afforded. They continued to place their order with the clerk personally, not by way of the kiosk. Not only did they receive service before us, they received mixed flavored coffees AND HOT FOOD! Another gentleman approached the counter, seemed to know the staff personally and 2 minutes later, receives a hot sandwich and drink! 15 minutes have gone by! Y’all! The donut is still just sitting there to be picked up and put in a bag! Oh I might add, it’s the last jelly donut! I’m thinking I’m on candid camera at this point! I had to get out before my blood pressure causes me to stroke out, so I address the manager who then proceeded to get THE donut, no apologies or regrets just a sarcastic, Merry Christmas!? I would say this is unbelievable, but it’s not…. We need to stop patronizing businesses like this..

The drive through line took forever, the only sense of urgency these people have is rushing their customers with an attitude, I was not given the total for my order, and when I got to the window I was met with more attitude and given the wrong drink. I do not recommend this Dunkin to anybody, they need to work on their customer service.

Wait is usually 10+ minutes even when theres no line. Today they forgot to put coffee in my coffee, it was just water and milk.
Tried to give the DnD another shot. They failed me again. The leadership of this establishment needs to be evaluated. I waited over 20 mins to get through the drive through. if anyone know this drive thru from the speaker to order to the pick up window 6 cars is the most that will be in front of you. to wait over 20 min to get a coffee and munchkins is ridiculous. let alone they made my coffee wrong even as i read the receipt and it said exactly what i ordered and they still made it wrong it was so simple it was sad. Then I tell the girl at the window its wrong and she decides she is going to tell me i am wrong and that is what i ordered. I proceed to show her on the receipt it said light crem and light sugar and she still tells me I am wrong.
Time for leadership to be at work monitoring their TEAM to ensure the success of the business.

Walked into store no body behind counter..found manager sitting in back eating. Worst manager, poor customer service. Aggressive attitude.

Got a hot coffee and It was ice cold
My daughter & I were having a bad day yesterday. I took her to your place to get us drinks & doughnuts as we haven't been to dunkin' in awhile in late afternoon. Staff went off what we liked as we couldn't remember what the drinks were called or still made. They made it just right & made our day better. Thank you for making our day better!

Just avoid. Getting a coffee and a dozen donuts is an exercise in patience. No communication, “order ready” display had nothing to do with it being actually ready. Staff was rude (“It’s ready when it’s ready “) , and it took over 20 minutes.
Not worth it for donuts.

This is the second time we tried to get donuts for my son this week. How is a donut store out of donuts 2 times in one week. This is the last time I will be doing business with this location.

Early morning coffee run, just what I needed. Good service and always a great price!
None of the Boston cremes I ordered didn’t had filling. I feel like this place needs a complete reset. The service is terrible too. The last 3 times I’ve been every employee I spoke with acted like they were being held against their will.

Terrible service and rude employees. I stopped in for donuts for my daughter's birthday party on the way to school. The store was empty, but the drive-thru was busy, so we went inside. The cashier directed me to use the kiosk, which didn't work. After waiting 10 minutes without having my order taken, I asked if it would be faster to use the drive-thru. At that point, the cashier was rude, refused to take my order, and insisted I use the drive-thru. I did, but it took an additional 10 minutes, turning a quick stop into a 25-minute ordeal and making my kids late for school.

This place was ok when I first started going there, but now the place is literally falling apart and the people who work there could care less. The guy who took my order wasn’t even wearing a uniform, and clearly did not know how to use the register, had to keep asking for help from the mean manager. There is water dripping from the ceiling, there is some mold too. The floor is always wet and dirty, with wet floor signs all over. The coffee dispensers are broken, so the coffee is just out in the open for customers to see. May not affect the quality of the coffee itself, but it is still unappealing to the eyes. Tried to get an iced coffee with two pumps of cane sugar, so the lady pours what looks like iced tea into my coffee cup. Didn’t know it was for me because I got distracted by something else. Took a sip of the coffee and it was overwhelmingly sweet. I told her it was way too sweet and then she shook her head and rolled her eyes as if it was my fault that she made my coffee incorrectly. Then she goes to pour the cane sugar into my cup again and I say “what are you pouring into my cup?” THEN she explains that the pump is broken. Like why wouldn’t you tell me that in the first place? Shouldn’t you know that I asked for two pumps for a reason? Because that’s how I like my coffee? Ended up getting refund. Will not return to this location unless they make some drastic improvements. Disappointed because I really do like their coffee.
