I visited this location on December 7, 2025, at 7:08 AM. Unfortunately, the staff was very rude and dismissive. I made a point to be polite—saying “please,” “thank you,” and wishing them a great day—but received no acknowledgment in return.
I asked for a small amount of hot water to top off my espresso, and after already purchasing the drink, I was told they “can’t do that” and that I would need to buy an Americano instead. The attitude and lack of basic courtesy were disappointing and unnecessary.

I’m in food and Bev so I get it we all have bad days. But the customer service at this location is disgusting. “ WHAT ELSE” “WHAT ELSE”… I greeted the employee and got a “ what do you want “. I understand you might not love your job but treating others poorly sucks. Don’t work at a morning place or an establishment that is open early and on holidays. These were the rudest employees I have encountered in a restaurant ever. Dunkin’ should check this. If you hate your job grow up and find a new one

Terrible experience. They got my simple coffee order wrong three times, and there wasn’t even any coffee made—decaf or regular—The donuts were stale and barely glazed, and an employee made condescending comments about my husband’s parking for no reason. Definitely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts experience ever, go somewhere else!!

Coffee was great but the wait was frustrating. We ended up waiting 25–30 minutes just for 2drinks and 2donuts. We understand that the staff was limited, there are only two people working, but it was disappointing to see drive-thru orders being prioritized over dine-in customers. Even cars that arrived after us were served first, which made the wait feel even longer. Hopefully, they can work on balancing both in-store and drive-thru orders better in the future.

Fresh donuts, some of the best breakfast sandwiches especially the sourdough, the coffee is amazing and doesn't cost you your left kidney LOL and the general experience just leaves you happy because your wallet doesn't scream at you as you're leaving like other coffee places do.

Ordered 10 assorted donut holes and got 10 glazed donut holes, and it even says 10 count assorted on the bag? Seriously? There was barely any filling in the Boston cream donut and the blueberry donut seemed like it wasn't cooked all the way. Iced coffee was only filled 3/4 of the way full. The only thing that was good was the sausage egg and cheese breakfast wrap. Got everything through the drive-thru so did not notice anything until we got back to the house. Usually Dunkin donuts is consistent, but this was pretty ridiculous.

It's definitely a different from the 1st time. I ordered the black pepper bacon sandwich with an iced coffee.
I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by someone who worked there and another customer. Got my coffee within a few seconds of ordering and my food given with 5 min, hot, and delicious.
The only downside is that parking is tight.
Overall, this location is awesome if you are passing through or just getting your fix for the day.
