Fabulous girls work there. So friendly.. and they get my coffee right every time!!

Just bought a nice insulated mug there for $16. I’m there pretty much every day so that $16 I save a dollar on my refills therefore within a couple weeks that pays for itself lol that’s a no-brainer. Take advantage of the opportunity and buy a cup. You will love it , and it pays for itself within a month for sure. Sourdough sandwiches amazing. Sorry I haven’t updated those in a while. I get them five stars they really stepped up the game. A few people may need to adjust their attitude a little bit better but 90% of everybody’s awesome. I even bought a cup I love and I save a dollar per refill.

The employees don't want to serve you, do yourself and them a favorI don't go here often, but when I do my food is wrong (today) and I feel like I'm inconveniencing employees (today).Today after waiting 5-10 minutes for my order I realized my food was sitting on a cart getting cold.. once I was finally able to get an employee to acknowledge me I asked if that was the name for my order.. the employee helpfully confirmed, I thanked him, then cracked the gate of the counter so I could reach the cart, grab my order and be on my way.Then once I got to my car I realized an item was missing, so I return to ask for the item.Another employee begins to yell at me for reaching behind the counter.. for my food.. that they were too busy to give to me and had to grab myself.This was the same employee I tried and failed to get the attention of to ask her if it was mine so she could give it to me.I responded in kind (rudely) which isn't the best choice and the whole interaction really ruined my day.. all of that to say, do yourself a favor, don't inconvenience their employees and just go anywhere else to grab coffee.

Ordered a dozen donuts on app the afternoon before to pick up at 6 AM. Get to store at 606 and no donuts at all available. Husband comes home and when I called to get my refund manager rudely states “my baker didn’t show up and called in at 358 but you wouldn’t understand that” then proceeded to hang up. Never

The service here is wonderful. Everyone is enthusiastic, friendly & welcoming. We were very disappointed with the frosted doughnut that barely has frosting. Significantly less than any other location I have been to.

I’m type 1 diabetic, and my blood sugar dropped extremely low as I was passing Dunkin’ so I pulled into the drive-through. Sometimes comprehension is tough and trying to talk can be tough when I’m in that state and the woman who took my order was so kind and patient and very sweet and it made my day. The woman who took my payment at the window was also very very sweet. I can’t say how much this touched my heart. Who knew there were two angels hiding at Dunkin’. I will definitely go back. ??

Wow, this was the WORST experience I ever had here. I had an online order, pulled up to the drive thru, told them my name and everything and they told me to pull around, they asked if I had 5 different orders which we explained multiple times we had an online order and what the order was, (proof of it on the app and on my card) and she (the older white lady at the window) proceeded to tell me I didn't tell them I had an online order even though I told her TWICE and she told me to come around, tried to show her my order and she said "we dont have an order for you" and then slammed the window in my face. So I pulled around and they refused to give me my food that I literally already paid for and told me to get out. What great customer service. (Sarcasm) You lady deserve to get fired because we didn't do anything wrong and you slammed the window in our face, you didnt even take the time to listen to what we are saying without getting an attitude about it? Go get an adjustment and learn how to do your job.

I stopped in just to get a bacon snack. Nothing else . I was just hungry and wanted something before I got to the restaurant They have a drive-through, then near a gas station and on a main road. Very easy to get to.

No food two days in a row and my medium iced coffee was not filled all the way, missing almost a quarter! When I asked to fill it to the top the employee at the window said the machine only fills it that much. Worst Dunkin experience, please do better.
