Today 03.20.2025 I was going to buy a sandwich and coffee, which I always buy at this cafe at my lunch time. I didn't buy anything! But I got a look full of hatred from the employee for free, unclear explanations and as a result a very bad mood! I will definitely avoid this cafe. It's a pity that I will also have to avoid the 7-eleven store now.

Please employ humans not computers!! We stopped for 2 donuts on a SLOW Saturday morning. Drive thru line was backed up/not moving, so we went inside. One employee working both the drive thru line and indoor service...never greeted not acknowledged us. Had to order from a touch screen...never could find milk in it. Transaction took 25 minutes!! AND THEY DIDN'T HAVE THE DONUTS WE PAID FOR because the computer doesn't know inventory. To get 2 donuts and not one shred of human interaction!

Honestly I’d give them less than a star if I could. I cannot count the number of times I have sat in the drive through line for over 40 minutes with only a couple of cars ahead. When I finally get to the window, the workers are chatting about their personal lives, no sense of urgency at all. Half the time the coffee is wrong and I get the same basic order every time. I’m so disgusted by this place - they either need to shut it down or totally revamp it with some new employees that are competent and caring.

I was shouted at for wanting my iced coffee remade after it was made with sugar granules instead of liquid sugar. It’s been pretty standard for other Dunkin' stores to add liquid sugar automatically with an iced drink when I ask for sugar. And then to have my drink shaken at me to signal it was ready rather than like all of the other customers, who were being called out to politely, was equally deplorable. That was miserable behavior.

I asked for a latte without coffee. Same amount of ice and milk, no coffee. The autistic kid behind the counter said "we don't do milk alone". He only said that, repeatedly. Like forrest gump And then they forgot the bacon in all four avocado toasts.

Terrible food. The workers don't care. My breakfast sandwiches were burnt. Who sells a customer burnt bacon and Sourdough breakfastsandwiches? Absolutely terrible....!

Been there three times to fill up on diesel each time the pumps were running very slow seems like diesel only. Very little parking and maneuverability is awful with a trailer
