I have never had an issue with my order or the quality of the coffee I get here, BUT after what I saw this morning there is absolutely NO WAY I will ever get donuts here...
As I was waiting for coffee, a cashier from the 7-11 side completed a transaction, coughed into her hands, and then touched the wrappers, donut boxes, and wall of donuts without washing her hands. This is not a Dunkin' problem, but it became one when the Dunkin' employees did not intervene and stop this.

Terrible experience. I booked on the mobile app, when I arrived they informed me they were out of the donuts I ordered and would not refund me. In addition, Dunkin will not respond to any of my complaints.

AWFUL do not waste your time coming to this dunkin they took 20 minutes to answer me at the drive through when no one else was in line besides me and a guy behind me who ended up reversing and leaving and then said they didn’t have any bread it’s been a whole week and they still claim they got no bread…. close this store down or hire workers who actually want to do there damn job
