Friendly staff, but unacceptably slow. I was second in line to get my food, person in front of me waiting 15 min for their food, my food took 2 min. What?!?! Were they making a breakfast sandwich from scratch? I know I am not the only one upset, 6+ cars piled behind me also waiting for “fast food.” Perhaps a fluke, but still, not fast food.

This is by far the worst customer service experience I've ever had. While my family and I waited for someone to assist us, they were just ignoring us like we were not there. I finally got frustrated and used the self check out while they helped the people that walked in behind us. Also, they got my coffees wrong. Normally, I love Dunkin but I feel that you lost a customer because of this locations customer service. Here we come Krispy Cream.

Friday Friday

I went in this morning for a sandwich and tea. I used the kiosk because the young lady was getting donuts for another customer and didn’t seem to be in a good mood. Him and I were the only two in the store at the time. She made my sandwich didn’t tell me it was ready and put it on the rack. I asked her if I could get my tea as she fiddled with the cash register. Her response was I’m trying to fix this ( the receipt paper on the register) I didn’t need a receipt I used the Kiosk so why did I have to wait? So I asked the gentleman at the drive through but he was getting slammed with cars. So finally she came over to where I was standing slammed my Tea down and walked away. My only question was can I have my tea please. I asked for a refund I will not spend my money in a place that allows the employees to be so disrespectful to customers. The gentleman at the drive in is always friendly and professional to bad his coworker running off customers.

It wasn't my first time here but this was my first time having a bad experience. Came in after having a good experience in drive thru to come place some orders for co workers. Got to the kiosk and didn't see what i was looking for so I asked the young lady did they even have it. She said yes. I still didn't see so she said ill be with you in a minute.I stepped to the other side to let other customers order. 5 minutes went by. She stops a customers from ordering on the kiosk and takes his order then goes back to what she was doing. Side note I'm still standing there waiting for her to take my order and she never does so I decided to leave.

This Dunkin has gotten my order wrong 4/5 times. I've given them the benefit of the doubt, but today I ordered a hot chocolate and was given a black coffee - yuck. It even says hot chocolate on the label...

I just wanted a sausage egg and cheese breakfast sandwich on sourdough bread.What I received was absolutely pathetic.Not only was the bread completely un-toasted and soggy, but they completely left out the sausage. What a pathetic showing. I can see exactly why this location has under two stars on this app. I wish I could give it zero.PATHETIC!

The young woman with the color braids that works there has a very nasty attitude. I asked her if she could add more syrup to my strawberry coolata because it was very sour. She gives me sugar packages instead. I tell her can I have it remade for it to be more sweeter. She said she's not going to do that because it's going taste the same. I asked her repeatedly if she could do it because it didn't taste right and that the customer is always right. She tells me no the customer is NOT always right and begins arguing with me about it. I asked to speak to her manager she tells me she is the manager. I ended up just asking for my money back. I have never experienced this bad of service in my life. That "manager" should be fired!
