Best drive-thru experience at rush hour! I was in and out, my coffee was hot & just as I ordered, as were my wake-up wraps. Also, the lady at the window (Cicely) was super sweet and helpful. :)

Spent $16 just for them to not have the donuts I ordered and was told I could not get a refund. I had to get two donuts I didn't want and they were extremely dry and nasty. I'm not one to leave reviews like this but I'm hangry.

We stopped by this morning as we were leaving town around 9:45am. No one in front of us. My drink was a coffee with 5 cream 5 splendas. I got a black coffee with so much regular sugar that I could not finish it.My wife had an ice Chai tea latte, got an ice coffee they had to remake it. Originally gave us the wrong food order, and then when it was corrected, my sandwich was essentially burned. Service was friendly and corrected the problems. Staff needs more training in order procedures.

Horrible customer service!!! The girl in the olive green jacket is constantly on her phone and terribly rude. I'll go farther out next time to a better dunkin that has better service.

Sat at the drive through window for 20 minutes waiting on two lattes and two bagels. which should be easy enough. took forever. got the drinks, tasted like spoiled milk, it is not consumable. the bagels barely have any cream cheese on them and they are burnt to a crisp. terrible service, took forever, and wasted 18 dollars, and thirty minutes of my life.

The drive thru menu has every kind of donut imaginable. But what they have is quite different. Did have anything with chocolate Al though they took my order for them and waited until I was paying and picking up at the window to tell me. Why have your fancy Madison Ave menu display but have nothing that’s on it? Don’t get me started about how I was treated for not just smiling and saying “great, just give me whatever you’d like to give me”. Terrible place!

I did not have a good experience here today 10/16/23. I ordered at the kiosk, two donuts ( once chocolate frosted with sprinkles and one double chocolate) and a bottle Pepsi. Went to order pick up and waited 5 mins. Lady behind the counter asked kinda rudely ( my opinion) can I help you sir? I said yes I’d like my two donuts and Pepsi please. She grabbed them and handed them to me. I didn’t open the donuts til about three miles down the road only to realize they didn’t even read my order and gave me two donuts I did not order. I don’t usually get good service or bad service at Dunkin just service but this was bad service all around.

Do not go here.Absolutely awful service and awful food prep. I promise you, you will regret going here.The cashier girl had AirPods in and was ignoring everyone that came in. Made us order on the kiosk when the kiosk had nothing to offer that was on the menu.We all left in the middle of ordering.

I love Dunkin but this one needs some help. We waited in the drive-thru for 15 minutes and no one spoke to us at all. So we parked and went to see if they were open. They were open... We thought maybe they couldn't tell we were in the drive-thu and brushed it off. We to the register to order and the workers didn't seem to know what they were doing. There were no donuts and it took another 15 minutes for them to make our coffee. Mind you, there is no one here besides us. The whole establishment looked abandoned.
