we love their wings. every time we are here we get rushed out 30 mins before they close. we're there tonight and they were staring at us for still being there at 9:30. they don't close till 10. customer service could be way better. dropped $250 and they acted annoyed we were finishing our drinks and dinner.

Excellent food and service! We made reservations here for a group of 39 to watch a basketball game after a long day at the baseball park. The location was perfect! We sat outside and it accommodated our party very well! Our server Mylie was great! She got our food orders in quick and food was excellent! I got the Italian flatbread and loved it. Everyone in our party loved their food. Thanks to the managers of the restaurant for making sure our party would be accommodated well from the beginning to end of the reservations! Highly recommend this place!

Ok. So yesterday (2/20/24) I came across this Sports Bar and Grill. Walking into the environment, I absolutely loved the set up of it. It was like an upscale bar. I was greeted, where I told the greeter that I would like to sit at the bar. At the bar I met a really nice bartender by the name of Michelle. She was sweet, had a friendly smile & was very attentive of those who sat at the bar. She immediately asked what I wanted to drink. I arrived just in time for happy hour so I ordered their $4 house margaritas. Michelle made the heck out of the 2 Margaritas that I ordered by the way. I then ordered 6 boneless Hot Honey Teriyaki Wings. Everything was great! (Really wish I had taken a picture) I asked Michelle what was her schedule because I would be back & wanted her to be the one that made my drinks. She told me she mostly work nights and that she'll be there. Here it is tonight.. same time, no Michelle :-(. I was greeted by the same greeter & decided to stay even though Michelle wasn't there. The bar was crowded, so I was seated at the "community" table? I believe that's what it was called, it wasn't far from the bar. I sat for about 10mins before I got a waiter. Julia.. the waiter, finally arrived. I know her name because of my receipt. I placed an order for Jack Daniels & Sprite, light ice. Way to go on the light ice. The drink was perfect. I also ordered 5 buffalo wings, bone-in. Fast forwarded to the wings arriving. My 1st thought when I saw them was "Is this Buffalo or Plain wings?", took a bite of a drum wing & sure enough the chicken was as PLAIN as it looked! Julia had disappeared so I took it to another waitress and expressed that I ordered Buffalo wings, can this be replaced? She told me in the most nonchalant manner "That is buffalo, it's medium. You'll have to let your waiter know." and walked off to go get Julia. Julia then busts out of the kitchen door with a side of BUFFALO SAUCE, she seemed annoyed, and told me that "That is Buffalo, it may have been cooked off of the grill a little, but here's a side of the sauce". I'm like what the heck does off the grill a little mean? Because of her attitude I immediately asked for the check & a to go box, she brought the check back but no togo box & once again disappeared. I took my card to the bartender at the bar to cash out. When I arrived she asked if everything was ok. I asked her for a togo box and to run my card. She gave me the togo box & told me she would go get my waiter to charge the card. Of course a tip was NOT left. Tonight's experience was definitely nothing like last night's. Unfortunately, I won't be back. Julia's customer service was not worth a 2 star rating, the drink was. I'm still confused on how the buffalo sauce never made it to the chicken, I did find out what cooked a little off the grill meant. See the pictures that I've attached.

After a doctor's visit on a rainy Monday, I decided to search out the nearest Wal-Mart to buy a few groceries and get off the wet roads. It was near lunchtime, so I thought I would find a spot nearby before doing my shopping. I decided to check out Eleven81, and I am glad I did. The place has a local pub feel. The bartender Jasmin has a sunny personality and a great smile, which was perfect on a rainy day. The place was clean and appeared well kept. I didn't dive to deep into the menu, but my wings were tasty and the drinks were ice cold. I look forward to going back a gain. Thanks Jasmin.

Food is excellent. Service is absolutely trash. I've had the same server twice in a row now and each time it's been horrible. Restaurant is never crowded and I've never seen more than 2 tables per server. The server can often be seen sitting at tables near bar scrolling on his phone. I had to get up from the table twice to ask for drink and sauce refills. Food was clearly left waiting in the kitchen due to his laziness and lack of effort. It's truly a shame the service is so bad bc we live 2 minutes away and would come in a lot more if this wasn't a reoccurring problem.

First time here. A friend in the area recommended saying they have great food and a lot of TV to watch the football games...and she was absolutely correct. Their wings tasted so good...I love the sweet BBQ and honey mustard flavor. I had their salad bowl with quinoa and beans. I liked the quinoa mix by itself and had to change the dressing to balsamic. The dressing it came with had a little spice to it.The only downfall is the smell of cigar and cigarette smell constantly blowing into the outdoor seating area. There should be no chairs in that area.

Tried this establishment for the fist time. Ordered the BBQ Bacon Burger as take out. The burger was horrible I'm sorry to say- almost inedible. The fries and bun were soggy; very disappointing.....
