Food is okay, the chef is very kind. The white woman at cash register was VERY rude was yelling for us to hurry up and pay, then she overcharged us. We ended up paying $40 for one plate when we tried explaining that she was wrong she said we were joking and playing a joke on her that she didn’t have time for us. I don’t recommend giving such a rude person your money! There’s another Chinese food down the road with good food and nice humans(: !

Recently moved to Mt.Pleasant from Northeast /NY area . We were looking for basic, good Chinese takeout . So far have returned 3x . The vegetables are fresh , the portions are generously sized to share . Not greasy at all and the pricing is very reasonable. Overall a solid choice for Chinese takeout .

This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at ANY restaurant.
My husband ordered ahead and picked up the food. When we opened the food at home (less than 5 minutes away) we noticed that the fried rice was floating in a dark burnt oil. You could smell the old grease as soon as you opened the container. My egg roll had spoiled and they still fried it up and served it to us. This was unacceptable (especially after spending almost 40 dollars on food for two people). I went back to the restaurant to show them the food was spoiled and inedible. I noticed a young girl, maybe 5 years old, running around the kitchen while the stove and fryer were running. The male owner immediately started yelling at me and throwing food across the counter. He berated the woman working there telling her “goto the back with the children, you don’t speak to anyone else”. He continued to yell at me and the woman joined in. My husband arrived and the owner had a different tone of voice. I asked why he wouldn’t yell at him but would yell at me. He lied to my husband (who was on the phone the entire time) stating I “got in his face”.
Things got so bad that i called 911 to deescalate the situation because the man began to make racial and sexist comments towards us such as “you people don’t know anything about Chinese food” and “you’re just a woman what would you know”. When the police arrived we explained the situation and they agreed that they were in the wrong and informed us to contact the health department and the BBB, which we did as soon as we left the restaurant.
Long story long: DO NOT EAT AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT! They are RACIST AND SEXIST! And they will sell you SPOILED AND EXPIRED FOOD! There is no cleanliness or fresh food!

BEWARE !!!!!! They are Liars and cheats! Zero integrity!!!!!! They have a fake Menu online. They will let you order from that menu on those prices and then when they bring you up, it is twice the price. I bought $25 worth of food for two of us just two people. And they charged me $46. When I asked them about the menu prices online. They said that it says that prices are subject to change. Refuse to return any money! The lady was Super pretentious. She knew that they are doing this on purpose. I have posted the FAKE PRICE LIST!!!!!!!! I’m now reporting them !!!!
