The house fried rice tasted more like cheap cooking oil than anything else. It also had burned flakes in it from an unclean and heavily used pan. I ate about 1/10 of my order before I decided not to force it down. Ultimately it will go to waste.I could not recommend this place to a friend.

Verbally abusive owner, she is a threat to herself and the customers. And doesn't want to admit when she is wrong. And doesn't understand protocol for Uber Eats order pick up. And even called the police just to prove her today she was foolish and also wrong. I would definitely consider getting my food from somewhere else so that you don't have to deal with the dramatics of her the workers or her restaurant. And her uneducated cook will also chime in without having any knowledge of the facts for how Uber Eats works for drivers and customers order verification .

Wanted to try this place out. I order 30 mins ahead of when I know I'm going on break. So I make sure it's all ready as my break is not long. I ordered at 2pm. We had a networking issue at work which delayed me 30 Mins from my original break time. By 3pm Flaming wok called me but I couldn't answer at the moment as I was still working. Cool, they are just checking on the order. But it was when they called back to back to back constantly blowing up my phone is what turned me off from this place. They even used another number after I had to block the first number because they couldn't stop calling! They are still calling now as i type this as i can see in my call filter... 22 minutes of borderline harrassment. Weird and unprofessional. Will never even think of this place again. Will warn others to eat elsewhere. CHINA EAST nearby was very good and they were super polite.

Hot and Spicy Chicken was AMAZING! This place is very quick and always friendly! Their prices not being updated doesn't really seem like a reason for all of the negative reviews.... Their food is good and not any more expensive than the other chinese restaurants in the area.
The worst customer service ever!!! Lady on front desk is very rude!!!! Never coming back

Absolutely the worst Chinese food I have ever had in my life! And they seriously need to update the menu on their website. Prices were more than double what is listed. Only gave 3 packets of soy for 2 combo meals. This is literally within walking distance of my apt, but I will never order food from here again.

I started getting take-out from here during the pandemic & have always enjoyed what I’ve ordered which is always either the orange beef or the beef lo mein. Yes the prices listed on the website have gone up but this is the way of the world now & includes everything- restaurants etc. The food is good & the service is fine. Over time I’ve gotten to know the owners & they are always kind.
