My first time there was enjoyable. Didn't know what to expect but waiter was engaging. The prices are reasonable. We got a good portion of food (not fine dining morsels) that tasted great!
Exceptable variety of breakfast and lunch offerings...

This place was great! I had the Piedmont Omelette and it was delicious! The cranberry apple butter for the biscuits was awesome! And the honey crème anglais for the french toast was so good!!! Will definitely be back!

The Flying Biscuit in Mount Pleasant is an absolute gem! From the moment you walk in, you can feel the difference, there’s obviously a true commitment to service that sets this place apart. Owner Scott Tallman has clearly built something special here, and it shows in every detail, from the welcoming vibe to the consistently top-tier food and atmosphere.

Special shoutout to Christian behind the bar—his energy, professionalism, and personable touch make you feel like a regular even on your first visit. Whether you're grabbing brunch or just stopping in for a drink, you’re in for an experience that goes beyond the expected.

This is what happens when passionate people run a business: great food, great people, and an environment you’ll keep coming back to. Can’t recommend The Flying Biscuit enough!

This gal came in and asked for items we didn’t have? Explained to her that every flying biscuit doesn’t necessarily have all the same menu items at each unit? All was good. Checked back numerous times throughout her meal. All was good until her bill came & turned out she didn’t enjoy part of her meal?? We bought her meal & she still seemed put off?? In 40 plus years still can’t figure this business out??

Looked up the menu online. It was from 4 months ago. The prices have raised $2 on a simple biscuit and gravy with eggs and grits. Mind you, you only get one biscuit cut in half with gravy. I work in the industry that’s outrageous. Won’t be back.
