Ordered lots of sushi Friday evening. Every roll was poorly done. Every one of them fell apart. Poorly packed. Sushi crammed in the boxes all mixed up. Not worth the $.

Alexis our server was nice but our meal was not. The filet was extremely fatty and over cooked badly, the NY strip I ordered rare was extremely over cooked as well. The lobster was very overcooked. The rice was not crispy at all and lacked flavor. My girlfriend ordered salad with ranch and received ginger. We ordered 1 sake received 2, we decided to pay for them because it was half off sake night, unfortunately the sake was extremely syrupy. We had our server inform the manager about the steak and lobster and they offered to remake the food, we just didn’t have the time. Fuji for $116 y’all need to do better. This is coming from someone who has spent to much money here over the years and it is consistently mid.

Food was good but server Isabella was very inattentive and very short with us. We didn’t ask for much but when we asked for things it almost seemed like it was a problem. There was only two of us. When we payed she walked away without saying thank you and started talking bad about us to another server loud enough that we could hear. I’m a server so I know how a dining experience should be and I can say this was experience was handled very poorly. Do better Isabella, do better.

My ramen is empty. Which is how good ramen should be seen, finished. The pork ramen at Fuji is almost a great bowl of ramen. Salty white broth with a sweet finish and hit of crab offering an homage to the local faire. The pork and egg are where it loses sight of the perfect note. The pork unfortunately was fried crispy to the point where it had no flavor. Thankfully the broth rescues it and helps overcome the pork shortcoming. The eggs were overcooked but being "soy eggs" they have that lovely Carmel color and flavor to them but lack the creamy inside and kills the joy of a great soy egg. If not for the broth saving the whole dish this would be a different message.
On a winning note loyal follower know that I am always in search of restaurants that cater to my wife and her intolerance of gluten. So finding a Japanese restaurant that offer gluten friendly fare is the best thing since Soy Eggs in ramen. Cause it means I can eat here more often. She ordered and really enjoyed the hibachi soy free (hint it's where they hide the gluten) and for that alone we will come back and attempt the ramen again.
Fuji make a note of it on your website or in your menu. Yes dear patrons of gluten free living we support you. We would have been voting Fuji like we lived in Chicago early and often. So wear you options like a proud mama koala bear and let us all know. Please I need more Ramen in my diet. And fix the eggs and pork.
Dietary restrictions: Has some gluten free options.

Extremely overpriced for mediocre food. Been both in person and takeout and it’s been oily and overcooked both times.

Had take out order yesterday for about $150.00. Salad was brown, meat was fatty and not cook as requested .We have eaten in house and at Belle Hall and service and food was always worth the value. It was so bad this time we called and was promised a 15% refund that we never received and it was so low quality we should have gotten a full refund. Bottom line is they lost three customers in one shot we would never return for either takeout or in house

We were visiting friends from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Fuji Sushi Bar and Grill. The staff was friendly, attentive, and courteous. The manager, Kaden, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. We will definitely come back next time we are in town!
