My ramen is empty. Which is how good ramen should be seen, finished. The pork ramen at Fuji is almost a great bowl of ramen. Salty white broth with a sweet finish and hit of crab offering an homage to the local faire. The pork and egg are where it loses sight of the perfect note. The pork unfortunately was fried crispy to the point where it had no flavor. Thankfully the broth rescues it and helps overcome the pork shortcoming. The eggs were overcooked but being "soy eggs"...

We were visiting friends from out of town and thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience at Fuji Sushi Bar and Grill. The staff was friendly, attentive, and courteous. The manager, Kaden, went above and beyond to make our dining experience memorable. We will definitely come back next time we are in town!

We had an amazing experience here as a family. Our server Sophia V. was very helpful with recommendations about the menu. We ordered 5 of her favorite sushi rolls and some hibachi and it all was great. Sophia was attentive and gave us the best service. The food was absolutely fantastic. We will be back for the Gamecock and Elephant roll and will be asking for Sophia V. again!
