For the service, I can’t give more than five stars, but I would. We had Luke as our server, this person was simply amazing from the moment that he walked up to the table. He was more than attentive. It’s hard to find people like this nowadays. I am sure that all of their servers act this way I just happen to have him. This is my second time into this restaurant. The prices have gone up a little by no fault of theirs. I will return.

I was really looking forward to a birthday dinner with my kids at this location and the atmosphere and service were great no complaints there the problem is the whole reason we were there, the food was terrible. Two in our party got steak and specifically identified medium rare. The steak was not even close it was more like well done. My tempura soft shell crab was not prepared correctly, they did not clean out the lungs from the crab which taste terrible and ruined the dish completely. In paying $17 for one tiny fried soft shell crab only to have it taste like armpit is simply unacceptable. This is common knowledge with preparing crab as a whole especially soft shell which you eat practically whole. The sushi preparations were just okay there are many places that I would consider to be better and at a smaller premium price. My children usually loves Sushi and none of them liked what they received at this restaurant. We got five different types and three different types of preparations and none of them were as good as many other places we have visited. Highly disappointed and for $180 meal for five we would not return

My wife and I have been going here for years and it’s always been the best place in town. Very pricey but you got a large serving of food. We’ve done delivery a few times recently and unfortunately it’s been underwhelming. You get around a 1/3 of the hibachi that would be given if you go in and sit down and it’s still expensive. In fact I think their prices have gone up. Tonight we ordered and had an order with no vegetables and extra rice. They basically just gave us a half empty tray instead so I think this will be the last time we order takeout/delivery.

We ordered food online. It was supposed to be ready in 30 min. We came to get the order in 45 min, but it was not ready. Finally, we were able to get the food after waiting in this place for another 30 min. Unacceptable.

Not only is the sushi outstanding, but they also offer a wide range of other Japanese dishes that are equally delicious. The service was prompt, and I never had an empty glass. It's evident that the staff here take pride in providing a fantastic dining experience.If you're a sushi lover like me, Fuji Sushi is an absolute must-visit. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. Kudos to the entire team for consistently delivering such an exceptional dining experience! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Love Fuji. But they need to take care of the customer that is in their restaurant. Their to-go orders are so consuming that it takes 1+ to get our in house sushi. Last time we cancelled our order after 1 hr. Happened again tonight. The take out consumes their chefs, staff, etc. We ordered a simple tuna roll and over 1 hr, we left without it.
