Great American Cookies

Growing up in South Jersey, it wasn’t a birthday party unless there was a cookie cake from GACC. I’m so happy to hang this location close by. The woman who does the weekend decorating is the best!!!

Had an excellent experience ordering, picking up, and enjoying a Coffee Oreo Ice Cream Cake. Order was ready on time and looked incredible. Cake was delicious too!

Great American Cookies at Mount Pleasant Towne Center is a great place to go for delicious and well prepared cookies and cookie cakes. Really good experience every time I have been here.

I showed up to pick a birthday cake up and it seemed my order had be looked over. Katie right away offered to make the cake and actually deliver it to me, all with a Smile! This type of customer service should not be over looked. The cake was delicious, well decorated, and she made our day!

I’ve had two cookie birthday cakes made from this location, both cakes were beautiful and delicious.Service was great and staff is super nice, I ordered online the day before and popped in to pick it up.Highly recommend them!

Extremely slow. The employees didn’t seem to care to take their time to make milkshakes and ice cream. Took their sweet time. We had one family ahead of us and it took them 20 minutes to make their order. Took 5 minutes for them to make one order of ice cream. We ended up leaving without ordering because they honestly didn’t care. I will not come back here. I’m extremely disappointed in their lack of care because it was an amazing place two months ago. Need to train better or have better expectations. I rather take my time buying the ingredients and making my own sundae. Good luck.

This location could benefit from having enclosed cases to protect their cookies from flies and gnats. The employees aren't welcoming customers like other locations do. The one ringing me up walked away as I was swiping my card... I completed the purchase, printed my receipt, and tore the receipt from the printer all on my own. That cannot be company policy.The cookies crumbled as I was attempting to eat them. The blueberry cookie was nasty. The sugar cookie was doughy.

This was the worst Marble Slab I have ever been to. I am typically hard to aggravate and have a high level of patience since I worked in good service for years, but I can’t ignore this. The girl taking our order was sweet and helpful. However, there was a young boy in the store who completely skipped over the rest of my party and let another family jump in line. He had a horrible attitude and didn’t even finish the order for the family that he moved in front of us, he left off the mom and she got so frustrated she got something from the fridge and said “I’ll just take this.” Then when our order was fixed and we were waiting to pay, he pulled 2 other orders in front of us to pay. A girl took a large party to the other register to pay and I had to make an announcement that we hadn’t even paid yet, while our ice cream was melting. Honestly, I probably could have walked out without paying and no one would have noticed, but I’m not that type of person. The place had 5 young kids working there and no adult supervision or manager running it. For $22 for 3 ice creams I could have gone to the grocery and had ice cream for days.

Robert did a great job preparing my Mother’s Day cookie cake. Was great!

My family of 5 was not greeted and did not feel welcomed. We are not from here and obviously didn’t know what the sizes were or how they “slabbed” the ice cream together. Customer service is a key factor, and this place has failed in terms of that. They looked at us like we were idiots because we didn’t know what we wanted right off the bat. After ordering, all of the staff disappeared into the back, and was never seen again. I do not recommend.

Love the ice cream here, however I thought it was super unfair that there was only 1 employee working tonight, and any other time that I have been! There is no way 1 employee can satisfy every customer, and maintain a presentable appearance of the lobby. There was trash on the floor, the tables were a mess, etc. I didn't catch the employee's name, but she made my order with a smile!
